Total lack of company information. They want to fool you with the. co.uk TDL, but they are not in the UK. It's one of the 1000 fake dress scam artists from China.

Registered with fake WHOIS data. Most likely a Chinese wedding dress scam, were they use stolen pictures.
Common Chinese wedding dress scam, were they use stolen pictures. Did you notice they have no company name and no address? They like to hide the fact that they are in China.
Payment method is just wire transfer and Western Union - both are impossible to recover your stolen money.

Of course all images are stolen too and in the best case you get some old rice bags.
