I ordered a wig on 11/15 and received it o n 12/15 with no communication from company, even though I had inquired about when I would receive my wig. The wig was $136.00 and was nothing like the one I had ordered; it was bright yellow and stringy, like something you would get in a party store for Halloween. I called many times with no response, just a busy signal. You may not return the wig without their authorization. I finally wrote an email, and they responded the next day, saying 7 days had passed since I received the wig, offering no return or exchange. It's a terrible company (China?) and I will talk to Paypal about my purchase. Do not do business with this company.

I will never shop at wigs buy ever again first I bought an item since early January I had to write back and froth with their customer service after waiting till march I wanted the company to give me back my 0ver $240 that I spent on clip in weave they only gave me about $20 which is a huge difference from what I spent, they said they cannot compensate me with any money as long as the item has left china and in Canada they were unable to track the item so I felt like I was being tossed up & down finally I asked them to send me a receipt of all the clip in weave I purchased and now they are telling me they can only send me the total cost I spent I am never shopping there again! I have been very patient
