Wanted to surprise my wife for Mother's Day with a gift. Placed my order back in early April. Never received my item or an explanation why it was never shipped. Written multiple emails asking for a refund and still no response. I will never order product from this company again and I will never recommend it to any of my family and friends. Absolutely terrible.
They stole my money and never sent what I paid for full for. No customer service. Lied to Multiple times. Very up set will be contacting my attorney. Ordered over 2 months ago. Then when I got someone to finally answer me I was told they issuesed me a refund and that they would still send the seat covers neither was done. Im not shocked. This company is A joke. When I ordered they stated I'd receive my item within 10 days 2 months later I still have neither my money back or the product.
Don't use this site. Period. It's been over a month since my order and I've received no curtains, no order confirmation and no shipping confirmation. I get things take a while right now but no confirmations at all isn't normal. I emailed them on the site and they sent me a Fed Ex tracking number that doesn't exist. I tried to dispute my order on the site and when I put in my order number (that I copied and pasted from the site) it said my order doesn't exist. Definitely a fraudulent company. I'm disputing with my bank.
Don't order from these guys! They will steal your money. I placed my order and I never got anything. They do not even respond to my emails or anything.
There goes down the drain $250. All I wanted was brown leather seat covers.
I bought a seat cover set. Product is not good. Reasons: I chose dark brown color, I received orange brown. The covers are short, measurements are smaller than the original seat, the headrest cover is ridiculous, the covers are short and appear the original color of the seat you are trying to cover. The hooks that come with them do not hold the covers correctly. Bad experience I had. Chinese company cannot longer produce without quality, that is shameful. Afraid of not receiving the refund money, I will present the covers for my dog to sleep.
I ordered seat covers and paid in full including shipping for the item. When the covers finally arrived they were the wrong color and not even the same mfg and not the same quality. When I asked to return because they sent the wrong thing they expect me to pay shipping for the return even though it was their error. I gave them one star but they are worse than that. If you buy anything from Beddinginn be very careful. Their customer service is terrible. When I told them I was going online to give them a review they just didn't care. Obviously this is their way of doing business. The first picture is what I ordered and the second is what came. Not even close.
I ordered seat covers for my truck 1/1/2021. They came 2 weeks later. When I tried to install them, they did not fit right. I took them off and put them back into the packaging. I contacted customer service about the issue and they asked me to reinstall them, take pictures and an associate will step me through installing them correctly. I told them I just wanted to return them. They kept replying to reinstall and take pictures so they can see what I did wrong.
I am still waiting to hear back from them about where to send the return, before the 7 day return policy is up. They also told me return shipping is very expensive and "do you accept this". In the meantime, I put in a dispute with Paypal.
If I knew this company was in China and ships from China, I would never have ordered from them. I have been burned before from another company in China and Paypal could not resolve the issue for me.
Stay Away from Beddinginn. Believe me now and thank me later.
Sent the wrong seat covers i've emailed them and they're telling me that they sent the right ones. I sent pictures with emails and then telling me that they were the right ones thr. I'm waiting for another response
You will either end up with not receiving your order at all, a damaged item or both.
I ordered 2 seat covers and after it took almost 2 months before one arrived thats when I realized that this is a Chinese site that is scamming people out of their money.
One seat cover never arrived and the second one arrived with damage (see picture).
Opening a PayPal claim was a waste of time. The owner of the site sent me a message asking me to ship the damaged seat cover back to China. Who is going to waste money shipping one cheap plastic seat cover back to China?
Finally went to my bank and opened a claim and they refunded my money.
Save yourself a headache and some money. This site is a complete scam!
This is the absolute worst. They We are so rude and customer service when I was trying to return items that I bought that didn't even fit my car they wanted me to try and put everything back on and take pictures to prove that it didn't fit and they were making it so difficult to return I paid $200 for the seat covers, they only refunded me 120 and basically said, oh well, they were just so rude and so unhelpful I will never purchas anything from them again and I advise you not to either!
They will take your money for items you order. You may never receive your order or refund from them! I should have checked them out. I ordered from them many years ago and had no problem. Now I can't get anyone to address my issue, nor is there a phone number or email available to contact them. There are numerous complaints against them and people have reported them to the BBB. The company claims to be located in the U.S., but are really out of China. I never knew that before. Had I known I would have NEVER, HEAR ME CLEAR NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! I have been duped by these advertisements for clothes and shoes before from China. I think our government should step in! Maybe I'll find out who It can be reported to. They are making BIG money off of people with their false Advertisement. Don't get got by Beddinginn!
Purchased an animal print for a king size bed but beddinginn have assembled it and printed it the wrong way meaning that it's fits sideways not lengthways. Animals face sideways which has spoilt the cover as a king size duvet cannot be turned around. Company is frustrating to deal with and keep changing their requests or wanting something further or don't receive the photos I send. Chat room continually logs you off. Don't buy from this company only wish I had found and read the reviews first.
The site stated these car seats were leather. However they were extremely overpriced cotton batting covered in synthetic "fur". It all ripped apart the first day. They never responded to my inquiry for a refund or replacement.
The bedding looks nothing like the photos on the Web, not 3D at all, also colours not true. Company is a nightmare to deal with, not the least bit interested once they have your money. I would never buy from them again.
Please do not use this site! There is not a customer service email and once your payment is processed you are no longer able to see your order! They will not respond to emails! Please stay away from this site! 120 usd plus shipping is gone now dealing with these people! Learn from my mistake do not use them for no reason at all it's best to just go to EBay or Amazon they have the same products! Once again please do don't use. Unless you have money to just throw away!
Do not order anything from this company! Ordered bohemian dream catcher on 02-01-2019. Was suppose to be shipped within 4-8 days and still has not moved! I have sent emails requesting information as to why with no response. Contacting my credit card company and filing fraud! It will also be my mission to turn these people into as many regulators as possible and get them either fined or their website shut down! Hate dishonesty
Scammer stay clear. Unless your grandma owns a printing press for dollar, delivery sucks, takes weeks. Quality nothing to write home about. Customer care line is there just to fill in the blank space..
What a joke! Flowers blue instead of white Then offered us a $35 refund. The mistake was theirs due to NO quality control. Therefore we should not have to foot the bill for return. Will never use them again.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the real thing is not as large or fluffy as the picture. When I initially unwrapped it, I was afraid it was too thin. One person had complained that it was like a "padded sheet", and at first that seemed to be the case. However, once I got it in our duvet cover and used it, it really fluffed up. I'm actually very happy with this purchase. The queen size fit my full size bed very well. It's looks and feel voluminous, and felt perfectly soft even before the cover was on it. The one caution I have is that it gets VERY warm. I would not call it an all season comforter, as another reviewer did. It's awesome for chilly nights, but can get pretty sweaty in 80 degree Southern California.

Today is July 12 and still no covers. Probably out $143.00. Learned a lesson, read REVIEWS prior to placing orders
Will contact my bank about this scam. How can our government allow this crap to go on without shutting these
