Trash company! I thought I was getting a comforter to-and it was JUST A COMFORTER CASE. Your supposed to put your comforter in it. Of course this was not specified on the site. REQUEST A REFUND! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! THEY ARE CROOKS!

You must have gotten a duvet. It's like a big pillowcase. You are supposed to put a comforter inside it. Did you know that's what you ordered? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! What I saw on their website is not what I ordered! And I had to fight to even get SOME of my money back. I don't believe the 5 star reviews, I think they are planted. I did order from there and know what crap they sell!

ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT THAT THEY SHIPPED DAMAGED FOR SOMETHING ELSE BUT THEY JUST PROVIDED TERRIBLE SERVICE WHEN THEY DID DECIDE TO RESPOND EVERY BLUE MOON! THEN I REQUESTED A REFUND BUT THEY'RE STEADY TRYING TO OFFER ME A FONKY ASS $20 CREDIT LIKE I DIDN'T JUST PAY $158.58 FOR THAT CHEAP BULLSHIT. THEN THEY SEND EVERYONE THESE SAME ASS PRE TYPED REPLIES! NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! FRAUD

Hi, not sure about comforters, I just bought a doona cover, it's amazing. Comforters are stuffed with something I think lol
