They are $#*!ing with you. You will NOT get your money back. The Chinese rule is, once they have your money there is no way they give it back to you. You either make a Paypal Claim, or you do a refund through a chargeback.
I agree, don't hold your breath about getting a refund. BeddingInn have no concept at all about customer service and they are quite rude in their responses. Just do what we all do and advise others to never buy from them. You can find the same items on Ebay through different Chinese companies
I too had the same problem. But instead of refunding me my money immediately they zent me a product that was completely different to what I ordered. Then told me if I wanted a refund that I had to send the product back at my own expense. Go on facebook and tell the world about these thieves. They shouldnt be operating at all. Paypal was no help at all as they wanted me to loose money to get a partial refund. In other words thry sided with these idiots. Dont hold your breath on getting any money back and they will probably blame you for them being out of stock. Thd product you ordered probably never e isted in the first place.
Absolute TRASH! Save your money or open a paypal dispute like I am doing. Thieves! I hope their factories blow up!
Unfortunately you won't get your money back, for my $150 I spent they said they would only refund me $20 and I never got any money back at all. It's all false advertising and a huge loss of money for me and anyone whom buys from them
