Initially, I requested an exchange (to what I ordered), however, the company said the postage fee is too expensive to Australia so I should just keep the wrong one...
Didn't make sense so got back to them requesting a refund. They said they would provide a refund if I pay for a postage fee with tracking capacity.
As the product was something that I can't use (a curtain with grommet holes - we have a double pinch pleat set-up), I am sending this back, but basically losing a full postage cost and ending up with no product. They refuse to send a correct one (I don't think they have the product shown on the web page anymore).
Haven't experienced this type of unusual cases - it turned out to be a waste of money and time.
I have ordered multiple items from beddinginn and they always amaze those who I am buying for including myself. The prices are reasonable shipping is ok. I will continue to shop here for my bedding needs and more as they carry a wide array of items. If you have not checked them out you really should I recommend them to ALL
I ordered a 3 piece bedding set of one scenery that looked pretty on the website but what I received was a different scenery repeated 3 times same awful design on the bottom middle then at the top. I'm trying to get a full refund will never order from them again save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

This is the biggest rip off. These people are scammers. Am still waiting on my order of car seats from 2 months ago... please if you value your money... do your research before giving it away to these dishonest people... who wants to live off your hard earned money... stay away from beddington site!..
Looks good, quality seems decent. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is I think the price is a bit high for what you're getting. If a fitted sheet had been included it might have at least got 4 stars from me.
With so many options, it is hard to choose just one, But at these prices, I can succumb to a second set, for each bedroom! Now I can change themes whenever I want. And wow what an image for my guests, a new room for every visit.
I love this duvet, the fabric is soft and the pattern is beautiful. It has corner ties inside which is awesome.
Just a minor problem... the navy bled on the first wash onto the white side a little bit. I followed the washing instructions (cold water, low tumble dry). The company is great and helping me remedy it.

After a couple of weeks had passed, I started wondering what was going on with my order. I emailed the Company and received a response a couple of days later explaining that my shower curtains should be shipped out soon. Another week passed before my account was updated to show that the items had been shipped out. Surprisingly, I received my items in the US just a couple of days after they shipped from China. Judging from some of the reviews, I held my breath when I opened the package, expecting the worst. However, the items were exactly as described on their site, and even exceeded my expectations. I had trouble finding an extra long shower curtain from a US retailer. I am very pleased with the quality of the products. I get all kinds of compliments on the "New York" shower curtain. It has really vibrant color, and fits in perfectly with New York City themed decor. If you don't need the product in the next couple of weeks, I would definitely recommend BeddingInn.
We had a problem with a clock we purchased and in calling regarding return procedures and policies, Their customer service absolutely stand behind their products and turned this into a positive experience. Given the quality of care they exercise, we are now encouraged to do business with beddinginn moving forward.
If you value your money stay away. I ordered a duvet in January. I received it 3 months later. According to the website, I should have gotten in 3-7 days. When I opened the package, I found the duvet half done. It was supposed to be these beautiful blue/green flowers & most of the cover was white. It was like they ran out of ink. When I contacted them for a refund or remake, I was told to send it back at my expense. In the end, it cost me $55.00 for the shipping both ways & I have NOTHING. They credited my account & shorted me $10. Their website is fraudulent as well. They say they are from Poland & have a return address in California. In reality, you're ordering from China. There may be some people that get what they ordered, but if you don't get what you order, you will be out of shipping fees & get NOTHING.
Easy to browse and shop, thats what i would say about this site. The sales staff is very helpful and inventory is amazing. They let you chose from hundreds of design and delivers the same without any charges. I would highly recommend them.
I ordered Bath Towels and received Hand towels. The company will not send me a return label even though it was there mistake. I can send it back although it will cost me over $100.00 the UPS Store informed me. Needless to say I guess I am stuck with them. I am owed money as well for the items they sent me instead but I don't get any answers on what they are going to do. All I want are the 4 bath towels I ordered.

I ordered seat covers for my Daughter on 9-28-19 I as of yet to get them. I never heard a word until I tried to cancel order on 10-19-19 then they sent me an e-mail stating sorry for delay it had been shipped. I explained my daughters birthday party is on 10-26-19 and I had too get another gift. They refused too give me my money back or give me a date it would arrive. My advice stick too amazon I got her another gift got in 3 days, Also you can only communicate through e-mail no phone number. All you get from them is were sorry.
First of theres nothing silk about these sheets. I say sheets because thats what you get. These fluffy comforter like the pictures show on their site. Also these set they sent me is not even close to the color on the internet. Theres no way to contact these people. At All. No working phone number to call. I can't even leave a review on their site. I waited 2 months for seat covers' still waiting at this point I just want my money back and this is the first and last time I order anything from this site! It should not take this long for anything a damn rip off! I repeat if you order seat covers be prepared to wait more than 2 months or more! I'm done wit online shoppers to much scams and bs
They will not stop e-mailing me even though I have asked several times to be removed from their mailing list. They claim they can't do that! I have never heard of such a thing, isn't that considered harrassment?
I ordered months ago. Never received any response from this company about my ordered. No tracking available. Finally, out of nowhere received car seat covers. Great quality. Would not order from this site again.
I ordered royal blue seat covers and they sent navy blue. I asked them to refund my money and they said we will refund your money less the cost to ship them back, AND the cost we incurred shipping them to you! Well, that's $150 and I paid $185. Then they offered me $20 and then $25 in the next email when I kept complaining... sigh. My question is, why should I have to be the one out the money for their mistake? Buyer BEWARE! Having seen a photograph of a beautiful 'baby snuggle pillow' for this company, I ordered this for my first grandchild. It looked well worth the shipping cost. Yesterday the item arrived and to say i was shocked is an understatement. Not only was it the wrong colour, there was a mark right down the right leg and no stuffing at all in one of the legs. The label on the washing instructions also stated for 'children over 3'. Having contacted the company for a return label - I was prepared to forego the shipping cost to the UK but not to pay again to return the item - they got back to me and offered a 50% refund. Totally unacceptable. I asked for a replacement to be told that this may be the same... Quality control?... Do not use this company please
