Warning do not buy from foam factory. They advertise fast shipping. Took weeks. I ordered expensive memory foam topper w a cover and received a flimsy piece of foam. Real crap. Customer service is terrible. I could have saved a lot of money if I listened to reviews and did research

I replaced by back fiber filled cushions with super soft foam. What a difference! No more lumpy cheap fill. I opted not to dacon wrap, because the previous already had. If you don't have dacron, I highly recommend you get them dacron wrapped. My back cushions went from uncomfortable lumpy to soft and supportive@

Ordered two customer sofa cushions (same size) and when I received them, one of the three measurements were off by almost 1.5". When contacted the FF customer service team, I was notified of a "tolerance specifications form on their website. And guess what...they can be off by 1.5" in all three directions! Here is the rub...if they could be spot on for two of measurements, why the hell can't they be accurate with the third?!. I mean, when you are off that much, the cushion WON'T FIT THE COVER! So what's the point of paying for a "custom" cushion given the margin of error.? And do you think they have that tolerance disclaimer right out in front for you? Noooo. You have to read two different pages in detail to see the link to it. I am betting MANY have missed that little info sheet because if I would have seen it, I would NOT have ordered it thru them - and they know that! I am embarrassed for them to even be compelled to write this when the reality of that margin of error is just a way they can protect themselves against poor workers/workmanship by putting their lack of detail on the consumer. "Hey folks, we can be off by 1.5" inches in EVERY direction...but if you still want it, we will make it for you." And to think they got two of the directions perfect...I guess it was just a bad Monday for the worker who just couldn't stay awake for the 3rd cut. And I purchased their most expensive foam they offered. What a joke. I will say the quality of the cushion seemed to be high, but who knows, ergo, two stars. BEWARE.

...This last time was a real doozy. I STILL have yet to receive my order that was 4 inches in width short, miscut the first time. So I sent it back and, and they received it a week ago, and it was their error and oh NO HURRY. We are finding it's not just this company, but society in general. This really is something that all of us have to deal with these days. No one wants to work, or has better things to do than wait on their bosses customers.

We bought a pretty expensive sofa that had down back cushions and foam/down seats. These were too soft and the sofa always looked unkempt. The Foam Factory created replacements for back and seats and the sofa is new excellent!

The seat cushion of our sofa bed was in bad shape. A comparable new sofa bed would have cost us more than $1000. In checking with local reupholstery companies, they would have charged about $500 for replacing the cushion foam insert. We found Foam Factory online and ordered a custom foam insert (with Dacron wrap) for less than $130. It arrived in one week, worked beautifully, and the sofa bed is like new. We couldn't be happier.

I submitted my order through the internet and paid in full. Within the hour, I received an email from a company rep, Garrett who suggested getting a softer grade of foam. Beings that I have no experience in foam mattresses, I took that leap of faith and changed my order. Thank God I did. It was still very firm but to absolute perfection for me. I know for a fact if it would have been any firmer it would have been an issue. I was so appreciative that Garrett reached out. That is true customer service at its finest. Easy online ordering, great customer service, fast delivery, and a perfect comfortable product that was cut to perfection.

Send the wrong size, discussed with represtative, she told me it is 1 1/2" tolerence. The first was exact to size, the 2nd ordered off. Not recommended to do business with it. Find a local supplier.

Ordered sheets of foam needed for flat recreational application. They showed up in a roll in a cobled together box made of two boxes taped together. This was several sheets sent to me in a roll. The memory on the closed cell foam sheets is difficult to get back to flat once it has lived in a rolled up condition to your door. If you want to spend several days weighting the rolled sheets down in an attempt to get them t lay flat this is your company. They make boxes for shippijng these products they just dont have them in house. Pathetic. Caused me couple days on my schedule and several hours of labor not planned. Other than that its good product and they got it to me quickly albeit in a cobbled up roll

Actually the name of this company tells by itself. I had a need to buy a new mattress or bed in order to provide myself with the comfort and calm sleeping, as my old bed and mattress are in a very awful condition. I believed that if i would apply here I would definetely get the same stuff as I had, and I would have a need to change it after the 5 years. Fortunately, it's not like that. The mattresses and beds are produced with a high quality and I can state it because half of a year has already passed, but new bed and mattress don't even lose their features.

Very fast service and awesome prices. Their site is easy to use. Make sure to watch their sizing and foam selection videos. The videos are really useful!

About a year ago I purchased an 8" thick foam slab for my couch. It is holding up so well that I decided to purchase a 3" bed topper. I ordered it and a cover to go on it. I thought that they had forgotten to send me the cover as I didn't see it in the package. When I unleashed the topper I saw that they had already put the cover on for me. It is that one extra step that they take that makes all the difference. I am 100% happy with my purchases and with this company.

Having work done on the house and purchased our divan weeks ago but didn't want it delivering immediately. Foam Beds kept it for us until we were ready. Great service throughout, from buying to receiving.

My couch was so uncomfortable because the cushions were worn out. I ordered a custom size and sewed a cover for it and it's better then before. I'm very happy.

Was just about to start shopping for a new sofa as the cushions on our 10 year old Thomasville sofa were useless. It almost felt like we were sitting on the floor. So I figured we'd give The Foam Factory a shot. At worst it would cost a little more than $100 & we'd still wind up getting a new sofa, at best the foam would be better than the original. Well, I placed the order on a Tuesday & expected it to take 7-10 days. I got a notification from them 2 days later that it had shipped via FedEx ground & it would be here on Sunday! Sure enough, they arrived on time & I immediately replaced my old cushions. There was no odor with the new cushions & I wanted to get them installed before the foam expanded. Couldn't have been any easier, the foam was cut to EXACT dimensions & the sofa feels significantly BETTER THAN NEW! So for less than $150 I got new foam with polyester wrapping (also done better than the original cushions!) & my sofa is no longer embarrassing for company to sit on.
I will definitely be using The Foam Factory for additional cushions around the house in the future as well as letting anyone & everyone I know about their great product & service.

We own a 10yr old Ethan Allen couch. We loved the texture, color and structure and all that has held up very well. BUT we couldn't figure out if the cushion seats were sagging or the underneath was giving out. We added the proverbial "plank of wood" under the seat cushions and well, it didn't really work. So, I searched and searched for a company to custom for our needs. Foam Factory was it! I measured, sent the info, they sent the cushions within 10 days! I let them air out for about 36 hrs and couldn't wait replace my old ones. The difference is astounding! Sitting is firm but comfortable again! We're not sagging down or slumping deeper into the bottom. It saved us $$$ from affording a new couch and we couldn't be happier. Shipping also was great and packaged well. Will be ordering more cushions for our wing-back accent chairs soon enough. Wish I could give it 10 stars! Thank you FF!

I am truly impressed! The cushions were exactly what I was looking for. They have really transformed my 8 year old couch and loveseat. The firmness is perfect for relaxing and for my girls to jump on and do their gymnastics. I purchased the Lux Foam-Regular with Dacron. I took a picture to compare my old cushions on the couch(left) to the Lux-Foam on my loveseat(right). Also, I received the cushions 4 days after I ordered them!
