The Foam Factory

We needed to order replacement foam for three sofa cushions, and wanted to make sure it was firm, but comfortable. The information on the website was very helpful in deciding on the higher quality firm foam, with a Dacron wrap. I made a quick call to The Foam Factory to make sure we didn't need to adjust the dimensions we provided for the cushions. The person was very helpful and assured me that they would provide the right sizing. I liked that we didn't have to worry about that. The foam was delivered much quicker than expected. We followed the directions - also provided on the website - for inserting the foam, and everything worked perfectly. And we saved a lot of money by doing it ourselves! Our first order with TheFoamFactory (and it won't be our last!). We bought the 6" LUX-HQ to remake cushions for our trailer. The quality is great and there was NO odor. It came compressed and opened to full size in less than 10 minutes! We ordered this during the COVID-19 shutdown and they shipped it right after the state's open date and we received it within days. We have it out on our patio now, covered until tomorrow when we can cut it for our specific cushions (see pic). So we got a high-quality foam, sooner than expected, and for less cost than other places as well. Thanks!

I've gotten three mattresses from the Foam Factory. The first I made my own Tempurpedic comparable bed and it is awesome for less than 1/4 of the cost of the name brand. I will never by foam anywhere else. It comes as you order it and if you get the mattress cover, they even put it on the mattress. Can't beat that with a stick! A word of caution though, if you don't know anything about foam or you're just another $#*!ed consumer... Go to the Matrless factory and pay 10 times as much.

Recently I found the need to replace the foam on my boat flybridge cushions. The previous product held water and began to mold. After much research, I decided an open cell foam would be the perfect choice for my project. I did some price shopping and found The Foam Factory to have a fair price on this product. I made my purchase and received it in a week. It was a large piece of foam condensed into a light weight medium box. I unwrapped it and let it sit overnight and it expanded into its correct size. I am so pleased and will make future purchases with this organization. I also found the customer service department flawless as they helped me make my purchase. Well done!

I ordered 16 pieces of charcoal foam to fit inside hard-sided gun cases. Their rep told me that the sizes would be cut to within 1/8" which would be perfect for the cases. All of the pieces were cut oversize by 1/2" to 3/4" and won't fit in the cases. I talked to Linda and she told me to send pictures showing the sizes. I sent three sets of pictures, 24 in all. She complained that the pics didn't meet their requirements. Finally I was told that the cuts were within their tolerances. She told me that I could cut them down to the sizes I needed. This was all after I paid them $100.00 extra to cut the foam to a 1/8" tolerance. They have refused to make this right and the manager won't speak to me. Very shoddy work.

We have used layers of foam for our mattress for years. We decided we needed a new foam mattress and were shocked at how expensive they were. After clarifying our selection over the phone with their helpful staff, I placed our order. Our mattress came quickly and was packaged well for shipping. It is better than we even expected. We could not be any happier. The comfort is perfect and price was the best out there. We will order additional foam mattresses for our other beds soon.
