Foam Factory has a very good site and good phone customer service.

I ordered some foam to pack a camera.

They informed that they are moving to a new facility and because of that there could be a delay in processing. I was prepared for a reasonable delay, which I would define as 3 to 5 days.

It's 11 days later and the order has still not even shipped.

I don't care if they moved to the moon... a customer's patience and good will can only extend so far.

Ordered two customer sofa cushions (same size) and when I received them, one of the three measurements were off by almost 1.5". When contacted the FF customer service team, I was notified of a "tolerance specifications form on their website. And guess what...they can be off by 1.5" in all three directions! Here is the rub...if they could be spot on for two of measurements, why the hell can't they be accurate with the third?!. I mean, when you are off that much, the cushion WON'T FIT THE COVER! So what's the point of paying for a "custom" cushion given the margin of error.? And do you think they have that tolerance disclaimer right out in front for you? Noooo. You have to read two different pages in detail to see the link to it. I am betting MANY have missed that little info sheet because if I would have seen it, I would NOT have ordered it thru them - and they know that! I am embarrassed for them to even be compelled to write this when the reality of that margin of error is just a way they can protect themselves against poor workers/workmanship by putting their lack of detail on the consumer. "Hey folks, we can be off by 1.5" inches in EVERY direction...but if you still want it, we will make it for you." And to think they got two of the directions perfect...I guess it was just a bad Monday for the worker who just couldn't stay awake for the 3rd cut. And I purchased their most expensive foam they offered. What a joke. I will say the quality of the cushion seemed to be high, but who knows, ergo, two stars. BEWARE.

I sought to replace cushions for a vintage couch that's been in my family for many years. Foam Factory's website offered great information about how to measure for this type of purchase, and I'm very pleased with the cushions I selected. They warned that the product may stay compressed from the shipping process for several days, but in my case, the cushions were in perfect form within an hour of opening them, after a cross-country trip to get here. I was very pleased with this experience, and would use their services again.

We bought our first memory foam mattress topper (2", 5 lbs density) from The Foam Factory 15 years ago. Even though the 15-year-old topper still seemed fine, we decided to replace it when we bought our new C2 sleep number queen mattress. My wife found the old 2005 receipt from The Foam Factory and we were so happy with that purchased, we bought the same thing again. It arrived quickly. We let it expand for two days and let it breathe. There was a faint chemical smell for a day or two, but it went away after that. This 2" topper makes the C2 mattress feel like the top of their line. Love it!

It is hard to assess the quality of service from an online search. Ordering replacement cushions for a favorite couch was a challenge because I was doing it for the first time. Luckily I found The Foam Factory. All I did was mail the cushion covers and accept the expert's choice of foam quality. My experience in dealing with this company left me in awe. It surpassed all my expectations. The people I dealt with on the phone were pleasant and extremely helpful. The final product arrived in a few days and the couch is better than new. Thank you. Rest assured that you have one satisfied customer who will spread the good news.

Did quite a bit or research before using The Foam Factory. Reviews seemed to be fair. Placed a custom order and it arrived early and just as described. I could not be happier with my experience and I will definitely order from them again.

After having our Love Seats for 28 years, we decided to have them recovered. When we got them back I still felt that the foam cushions (28 yrs old) were too soft. I looked online and found The Foam Factory and bought 4 new cushions to replace the original ones. Now our Love Seats feel like they did when we bought them 28 yrs ago. The four cushions came well packed and when they expanded, they were a perfect fit. This website explains how to measure & what size to buy, making it so easy to get the right fit. I have told many of my friends about the service & quality of the foam. Today's furniture have the softest foam and they do not hold up very long, so instead of buying a new sofa or chair, just buy a better grade of foam from The Foam Factory... you will Not be sorry.

Today, I placed my third order from this company over a three year period. My first order was for a custom sized cushion that I couldn't find in the Boston-area - it was for a massive window seat larger in length and width than a twin mattress. That was 3 years ago, and it worked out GREAT, and is as good as new, even with all the use it's gotten. Then 2 years ago, I decided to replace the drooping back cushions on our sofa set. I got their Super Foam Cushion with the Dacron wrap option. I only ordered replacements for the sofa, and wanted to see how they'd hold up over time. Those have worked out great as well :) Today, I just placed the order for the matching love seat and armchair back cushions - can't wait for them to come!
