The Foam Factory

My home theater installer recommended 4" pyramid foam squares to place between my speakers/AV-rack and my wall where my TV is mounted. I'm so glad I emailed The Foam Factory before ordering, including pics of my setup, as they recommended the 2" product instead. The 4" would never have fit my tight space constraints. I needed something to break up the audio reflections off of flat walls. The foam hasn't removed 100% of the reflections, but it has greatly improved the sound. I'm sure it would be even better if I glued the foam to the walls and covered the entire wall, but not willing to do that for now.

I needed a sturdy piece of foam to hold decently heavy items vertically inside of a hidden storage unit I was building. I needed specific dimensions, including thickness and I wanted the foam to be dark colored for a professional look. After shopping around, The Foam Factory had exactly what I needed. After sending me a free sample, I was able to choose the exact material I needed and get a custom cut for a great price. It shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I don't have a need for these types of products often, but I highly recommend giving them a try if you do.

Ordered foam for re-doing a mattress, I literally tore my mattress down to the springs and bought new foam to go on top. The technical specs were very helpful in choosing the foam and the toppers were cut just right size. Some cut the foam short and narrow or uneven but not this place. No noticeable fumes when I opened the box. The spec reviews seem very accurate in describing the support/comfort level of the foam. Will definitely keep these folks in mind!

Took in our old foam from our boat cushion, which was tapered, and wanted duplicated with new foam. Person who waited on us did not speak clear English. She was told to make exactly like old cushion. After it was cut, there were no tapers in the shape. We spoke with man who did the work, and he advised he would try taper/shape. Went back next day to pick up, and we were advised by manager that even though the man doing the work agreed to taper/shape, the manager would not allow him to do it. Manager would not take back the foam or refund our money. So we are stuck with a piece of foam that cost $181.00 and cannot use. Very poor customer service. Usually, companies will do what they can to make sure the customer is satisfied. We have been previous customers of the Foam Factory but will not go back again.

I ordered a mattress to be used on a mission style wooded couch to made a daybed. Ordering was easy, as well as tracking the order. Special order arrived in the 10 day stated time frame. I was skeptical when I saw how small the package was, but once unwrapped it was the twin side mattress I expected. Very comfortable. I hope it will remain so for the recommended 7 year length of use.

I was thinking of buying a new couch because mine seemed so tired. All it needed was new foam cushions and it is BETTER than new. I sent in one of the custom covers because I wanted the foam to be exactly the right size. Received the three new cushions today. Got them on the couch within minutes. It is wonderful! What a difference! So glad I didn't get rid of this perfectly fine sofa. Thanks Foam Factory! Great company. Very professional. Highly recommend.

The website is nicely designed to make it easy to find what you are looking for and to browse through other items that you might find of interest. The product arrived well within the delivery period stated on the site. The foam itself was top notch and very well packaged. It was very easy to open and expanded to over 90% of it's full size in minutes. I cut some pieces to be very snug within hours and they still fit nicely so I don't think there was a lot expansion after a few hours. Excellent product. Very pleased!

I ordered replacement foams for my sofa and love seat cushion online@ Foam factory. It was very simple. Just measured the size as mentioned in their web site and placed the order online. Received the foam well protected and compressed. It took only few hours for the foam to restore its original size. It was exactly cut to the order and of very good quality. We are very happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend foam factory to others,

In reading reviews I decided to order the LUX 7 year warranty foam cushions for replacement in our sofa and loveseat. Using the measuring instructions per the website they are a perfect fit and although they are very firm, with time they will soften a bit. Just like any new cushion. (the website states this foam is firm, if you want something soft the LUX is not for you) The shipping was fast and the product came exactly as ordered. Following a video on YouTube I was able to change out the cushions in just a couple hours from start to finish. :) My sofa and loveseat look new again!

I bought a 12-pack of 12" x 12" x 2" pyramid acoustic foam. To make an inexpensive home "recording studio" for recording voiceover/ADR, I built a small, acoustically isolated chamber in which to put the USB microphone. I lined the inside surfaces of a plastic milk crate with the foam panels, then put the mic inside. It worked great for deadening ambient noises--and I have foam to spare so my friends can build sound isolation chambers too. The product is as described and the delivery time beat the company's estimates.

Not sure how you manage to wrap these foam sheets so tight! The foam sheets just popped out and were ready to use immediately. So much better value than other places I researched and Canadian so no international shipping - love it.

I ordered 10 days ago and they still have not shipped my items. I called customer service, and they told me it could take 10 days for me to receive it. But it's been 10 days and it hasn't even shipped yet! They debited the money from my account on the day I ordered, so they've been holding onto my money for 10 days and still has not shipped it. I ordered very standard, in stock items, not requiring any cutting or custom work, but with no explanation, they haven't bothered to send out my order.

All they have to do is take the foam off the shelf, put them in a box and give it to UPS. To take more than 10 days to do this is a bit unbelievable! If they're going to take this long, at least wait until it's shipped to charge my card, not 10 days before!
