I truly wanted to love this mattress. My husband and I spent weeks researching and finally chose WinkBeds because of the glowing promises: "luxury feel," "ultra firm support," and most importantly — a 120-night risk-free trial with a full refund if not satisfied. What we received was something completely different. The "firm" mattress turned out to be soft and unstable — I can feel every movement when my husband shifts or leans on one elbow. No motion isolation, no true support. We knew within days it was not a match for us. So we requested a return — only to be told we must suffer through 30 nights before they'd even consider honoring their "trial." This "requirement" was buried in small print at the bottom of the website. Nowhere during the purchase flow did it clearly say "You MUST wait 30 nights." I felt deceived, not informed. We are now stuck with a $1600 mattress that hurts our backs and prevents restful sleep — and have to wait until May 5 just to start the return process. Meanwhile, we're unable to buy another mattress, and our health and peace of mind suffer. WinkBeds might build a decent mattress for some — but their policies are misleading and borderline predatory. A trial is not a trial if it forces customers to endure discomfort for a full month before allowing a return. That's not kindness, that's coercion. I will be reporting this to consumer protection platforms and encouraging others to read every single footnote before purchasing. We expected integrity. What we got was marketing fluff and fine print traps.
It's impressive that the mattress can be folded and rolled into a reasonably size box, but the weight of the product meant that our box was split open in several spots when delivered - the tape did not hold. Luckily, the interior wrap kept everything clean and dry. What a huge amount of plastic, though!
They shipped the mattress quickly after we ordered it. We got the plus version which is firm but also comfortable. It does not retain heat as much as other similar options. Overall happy, but we are still waiting to hear about the spring sounds coming from the bed. Hearing the sounds of springs even with slight movement is not pleasant.
Overall pleased with the experience. The shipping information is a bit confusing. The shipping label was created and then nothing for about a week- probably due to its production run. Arrival was timely and accurate.
I received conflicting information on how long it would take to receive my mattress. It came much faster than indicated which was only an issue because i had to change the city pick up date for hauling off my old mattress.
I have received my order in good condition. However, I will not be opening and installing them until 11-18-2024.

Customer service is exceptional. Sales person spent as much time as I needed to answer all my detailed questions. Best part -- they knew the product and understood the importance of a customer's concern when making a long-term investment.

Purchasing the bed was very simple. Waited about a week and received the bed. The bed is not comfortable. The luxury firm is a very firm mattress. Feels very hard when sleeping on it.
I liked that it was easy online and I kept receiving email updates about when the bed would arrive

Great customer service. Made me feel like I wasn't just number. We just came off a sleep number and immediately my husband back ache went away so we're thrilled. He's a large man and I bought the mattress that was rated best for his weight but it's very comfortable for me too

This is the second mattress I have purchased from WINK. The first was for myself and my husband. You replaced that one within the 120 day trial period for your firmest version. After six years still like new. Very happy with it. The Serta hybrid which I purchased for my guest bedroom which cost $500 more ended up being in constant use the past three years and started to break down after two years. I purchased this mattress as a gift for a family member. He unpacked it and spent one night on it before going out of town on business so can't give you his input yet. Rated five stars for first night…not exactly a long enough trial. I think yout mattresses are fabulous and so is your customer service.
My wife wanted a much firmer bed with more support than our purple 3. So far it's working great and doesn't sleep hot for me. Buying experience was flawless bed arrived on time with no issues. Have had it for 3 weeks now and has been great.
I love my new Wink Bed Luxury Firm mattress! I got a queen size, and it's perfect. Received it pretty quickly, and had my nephew help me bring it inside and set it up (it's heavy!)

Answer: It was so bad. The firmer one felt like a concrete slab and gave me terrible back pain. I put it on a Rove Concepts bed frame that had slats. They convinced me to exchange it for a luxury firm but sent me the same firmer bed again, only in the wrong size. Customer service was appalling. I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get it resolved or get a refund until April 26,2023. I ended up getting what I had before on my old bed, which was SO comfortable- a firm Serta coil mattress with a tempurpedic mattress topper.
Answer: I tried to return the Winkbed firmer mattress and it as a nightmare. They convinced me to pay more to exchange it for a luxury firm mattress instead of the firmer one. But they sent me the firmer mattress again, in the wrong size! I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get a refund until April 26,2023. Terrible backpain from the mattresses to boot.

Answer: Purchased our bed almost two years exactly. Don't do it. This is the worse bed I've ever had. The support wears away after a year or so resulting in a big dip in the middle. We've resorted to using a pillow top but even this doesn't help. I find myself constantly slopping towards my husband even with the topper. This mattress was so expensive so it's a shame a new one will be needed so soon. If you look at reviews on amazon you'll see similar complaints. I honestly don't know how they have any good reviews. They must be fake because I am having a totally different experience. Lying awake at this very moment because of how uncomfortable this bed is.
