Time to replace an older mattress
My experience with customer service:
Change our order after its was placed (change the firmness), Was very easy to work with customer service on it, and they were very pleasant and accommodating. Reinforced to us that we had made the right decision going with a WinkBed.Knowing we have a couple months to determine if we made the right "firmness" decision is also comforting.
