Experience with wink was good, however UPS missed their target delivery date, said it was damaged, then delivered it anyway the next day. Mattress seems fine so, whatever.
The ordering process was easy and I appreciated the follow-up emails providing status updates on manufacturing and delivery. I was slightly disappointed with some discoloration on the side of the mattress, but otherwise the mattress was clean and well-packed.
After the first night on the mattress, both my husband and I commented that our bodies felt so good and rested. No back or hip aches in the morning. Provides nice support and is extremely comfortable! Wish we had purchased this may years ago! This bed is amazing.
My fiance and I knew immediately when we got the bed this was going to be too firm for us. Part of the deciding factor was the hassle free exchanges/returns. I missed the details of having to wait 30 days before a return/exchange can be initiated. The company gave me a reason for this being to break the bed in and to give my body time to adjust. They simply refused to complete the exchange for a softer version u til after the 30 days was up. It's a shame because I think we would've really enjoyed the softer version. Instead, we are waiting the full 30 days to return the mattress as we decided to just give our business to another company. For the life of me I don't understand how it makes financial sense to push your customer base to competitors. In the email exchanges, I made it abundantly clear than my not making an exception to the 30 day rule, I'm not just going to sleep on the mattress and be uncomfortable for 30 days, I'll just order from somewhere else. The company just didn't seem to understand that or care.

The only thing that was wrong was I told I would receive it at a certain date but didn't get it till a week later. Definitely shouldn't say if you buy now that you will get it by a date and takes a week later. Very frustrating
Quick and easy! Website was good. I liked that it was made entirely in the U.S. AND it was a quality bed. You don't see made in U.S. and a quality product in the same sentence much these days.
So far so good with the mattress. It's only been two nights. The platform gram I wouldn't order or recommend. The quality is subpar. The mattress does appear to be of good quality. I will have a better determination after 1-2 months sleeping on the mattress.
Bed is good. The lease to own process was a hassle and took a bit before Winkbed and the leasing company got their ducks in a row. Junk environmental responsibility fund fee is lame. I'd get it if they hauled away the old mattress, otherwise it's not great.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.

See above for explanations. It was not 13 inches in width. Plastic was torn during delivery but overall ok to sleep on so far.
The purchase and delivery went smoothly and as expected based on what is detailed on the website. Unfortunately while the mattress seems to be of good quality, we will be returning as soon as possible because it's too firm.
Great experience start to finish. Ordering was smooth although the website felt a bit cluttered and so many things going on it was sometimes too much. I just want a bed. It is great though, came with no issues and fast shipping.
I just ordered a mattress and had it delivered. It came relatively quickly. There were no strong smells or stains, and the mattress was immediately useable. I like the 120 day option, and the lifetime replacement program. I think that's nice, though I haven't used it.
Purchasing process was great, delivery was great, bed definitely did not live up to what we had anticipated. Had very high hopes but this bed just wasn't it for us. We are experiencing severe back pain and trouble sleeping.
I'm not sure about the bed yet. It's a bit firmer then what I'm use to. Also, was I very disappointed that I order mattress and mattress cover at the same time but the cover arrived about 2 wks later. Luckily, I was able to fit old fill size cover on for meantime.

I initially tried the Luxury Firm since that was what most reviews recommended. However, I'm a side-sleeper and it was way too hard for me and left me sore in the mornings.
I contact WinkBed and they offered to exchange my bed with their SOFTER Winkbed, so I figured I'd give it a try. The SOFTER WinkBed is so much better for side-sleeping. I had reservations due to having a miserable couple of nights sleeping on a PURPLE Plush Soft mattress at my inlaws, but this SOFTER WinkBed is the Goldylocks bed, not too soft not too firm. Just right.

Answer: It was so bad. The firmer one felt like a concrete slab and gave me terrible back pain. I put it on a Rove Concepts bed frame that had slats. They convinced me to exchange it for a luxury firm but sent me the same firmer bed again, only in the wrong size. Customer service was appalling. I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get it resolved or get a refund until April 26,2023. I ended up getting what I had before on my old bed, which was SO comfortable- a firm Serta coil mattress with a tempurpedic mattress topper.
Answer: I tried to return the Winkbed firmer mattress and it as a nightmare. They convinced me to pay more to exchange it for a luxury firm mattress instead of the firmer one. But they sent me the firmer mattress again, in the wrong size! I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get a refund until April 26,2023. Terrible backpain from the mattresses to boot.

Answer: Purchased our bed almost two years exactly. Don't do it. This is the worse bed I've ever had. The support wears away after a year or so resulting in a big dip in the middle. We've resorted to using a pillow top but even this doesn't help. I find myself constantly slopping towards my husband even with the topper. This mattress was so expensive so it's a shame a new one will be needed so soon. If you look at reviews on amazon you'll see similar complaints. I honestly don't know how they have any good reviews. They must be fake because I am having a totally different experience. Lying awake at this very moment because of how uncomfortable this bed is.
