“Terrible customer service.”

Ordered over $100 worth of product and paid for shipping after entering my zip for estimate only for them to write me 2 days later stating that it'll be an additional $70 for shipping. I asked for the contact information for someone higher up or in management and they replied with canceling my order. Terrible customer service and website needs a massive overhaul.
