Great quality bed especially for the price! This is our second on we have purchased for our home in the past 2 years. Shipping was delayed this time FedEx misplaced one of the big boxes. Easy to put together and use. We will probably end up purchasing another one for our other daughter during the next big sale.

I suffered from lower back pain for years before I bought my Kyvno. The mattress has just the right amount of support without being overly firm. The adjustable base has allowed me to adjust my bed to relieve the stress on my lower back. Also the customer service I received while obtaining a replacement remote control was outstanding! They made it so effortless they all but hand delivered it to my residence. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know in the market for a fantastic adjustable base bed.

I have been looking for an adjustable bed for awhile. I just had a hard time justifying the price tag of most of the ones I saw. And with the 120 day trial. What did I have to loose? And this kit doesn't break the bank! My old mattress was so broke down, that the new mattress felt more firm than i was used to, but a good firm! My husband and I just love being able to lay in bed with the head and legs elevated. My husband has a problem with acid reflux, so keep the head slightly elevated at night really helps him too.

We are so happy with our new split king bed. When we got it home, one of the beds didnt work properly. We contacted kyvno with the problem and they suggested an option that didnt work. It took two more times to find a solution. We never felt like they were trying to not help. Which we all know that is hard to find in a company these days. My husband and I have had our Kyvno split king adjustable for several years. Recently we needed to replace our mattresses due to dips in the mattress that became very uncomfortable. I contacted Kyvno customer support and they told me what I needed to do to have them replaced. After several pictures showing that the mattresses indeed had significant dips in the middle they quickly and efficiently made the decision to replace both of our mattresses! Kyvno was amazing at honoring our warranty!

I bought bed three years ago at first it was a good bed but now it has an indentation that won't go away like it is supposed to and it is uncomfortable they will not honor there 10 yr warranty

Arrived in 2 days! Set up was really simple. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, I have lower back issues and the zero gravity setting let's me sleep all night and wake up with no back pain. Only been a week but so far it's really nice and a lot less expensive than any other bed with these features.

We ordered the split king. It was an easy purchase process online and had questionable expectations. Our order arrived quickly, a day after initially identified in our follow up email. Setup was easy with the exception of the bracket holding to two twins together, little weird with the heavy frame, but doable. Very happy with our first night and looking forward to many more.

I haven't slept through the night in a couple of years, always waking up at least two times with hip and shoulder pain. I have had the bed 2 days and have slept through the night both nights. There was a storm last night with thunder evidently and I didn't hear a thing. I also told myself "I don't really need the adjustable part, I'll probably not event use that." I tried the zero gravity and was amazed at the comfort especially since I'm have some hip pain. It was great. Maybe I will use zero gravity!

When our split king bed arrived only one side operated as it should. Apparently the control box needed to be replaced. But we called Kyvno and spoke with Denise who was more than willing to help resolve the problem. We received the new control box pretty quickly & now our bed is functioning well! PRO'S: Service was great, product is of good quality, having an ajustable bed is a luxury. Spouse not waking me up when tossing and turning. Warranty & Return policy outstanding. Doesn't really need a mattress topper.
CON'S: The mattress has a tendency to slide somewhat off the base when I move around. Comfort of the mattress to be determined in time.

Initially bought the adjustable bed to help in my wife's recovery from surgery and did not believe it would be the bed for me, boy was I wrong. I'm getting the best sleep ever. However I did have a minor problem with one of the remote control units. As soon as I notified

I've had the kyvno bed for almost a year now. My husband and I added a gel mattress cooling topper to it and it's been amazing. Recently I accidentally washed one of the remotes, I just grabbed all the sheets not looking and through them in the washer. I tried to save the poor thing after it's terrible water infused roller coaster ride in the washer but it was hopeless. I emailed Kyvno about a replacement remote and after a little back and forth. Mostly me being out of town I was able to get a new remote which is programmed and now I'm back to having a fantastic bed.

I found this company though Amazon but I was happy that I was able to save on shipping by ordering though the company itself. The only downside to the whole process is shipping via FedEx... I wish it was shipped via UPS. Otherwise, well packaged, impressive 12 inch mattresses and nice upholstered bases. Set up was quick, easy to operate. First impression: impressive.

We ordered the split king bed and initially only received the mattresses. Denise, on the Kyvno Care Team worked with FedEx to locate the frames and ended up shipping a replacement shortly after I contacted her! The frame was delivered today and we are looking forward to a good nights sleep!

We are new to the bed, I wanted to share my first impressions. The packaging was well done, and the set up was straight forward. The motors are quiet and movement fluid. We purchased the split king, and I was hoping the mattresses would come together better, but the mattress has soft edges and no lateral mattress retention system. Looking forward to my first nights sleep on it tonight!
