My new bed is in the process of being shipped to me amid the Covid situation. I have had two live chats and an email interaction with the Kyvno employees and they have been extremely helpful. I was told that there may be a delay and a couple of shipments due to the virus, but we have received 3 of our 4 boxes this week in a very timely manner and the 4th should be here tomorrow. The whole process has been very fast. If the bed is as good as their customer service and fast delivery I will be an extreme pleased customer. Thank you for your good service!

This bed is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The quality is great and it is so comfortable. I adjust the bed to an incline every night which is my new favorite way to sleep. I can't recommend this product enough!
Kyvno provides excellent customer service and is there for the customer even after the purchase. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience Erica provided during the purchase and delivery of the bed. She was available and provided answers. After about 3 months of owning this great bed one of the remotes started to malfunction and was probably due to user error. However when I contacted Erica at Kyvno to see about purchasing a new remote, she advised that she was just going to send me a new one. That was it! No hassle, no troubles just great care.

PRO'S: Service was great, product is of good quality, having an ajustable bed is a luxury. Spouse not waking me up when tossing and turning. Warranty & Return policy outstanding. Doesn't really need a mattress topper.
CON'S: The mattress has a tendency to slide somewhat off the base when I move around. Comfort of the mattress to be determined in time.

The bed is as it was described on the website. I've only slept on it for a few nights, but it's very comfortable. The directions were easy to follow to set up the base.
We are delighted that the mattresses are so comfortable and it's great having the flexibility of the two sides being separate, so that we can adjust the height as needed independently. The only thing that does not seem to work as expected is the foot portion. The frame goes up as expected with the bend at the knee, but the mattress does not bend with it, thus my legs remain straight out in front of me, raised, but straight.

I love my Kyvno bed. Having the ability to sit up to read in bed, and to have my head raised when not feeling well. No fighting with pillows to get the right height to be able to breath. Recommend this bed to all my friends. My power supply drowned in Imelda and the folks in the service department were very patient and kind in helping me get a replacement.

Bed was easy to assemble, however, it was heavy to turn over. I liked the way it operates. I wish the control cable was longer, don't know if I can get an extension.

We have purchased 2 Kyvno beds, one for our primary home, a split king and a queen bed we purchased for our room at our son-in-law and daughters home. We loved our Kyvno king bed so much we bought a queen a couple years later for our room our daughter and son-in-law set aside for us in their new home. Had a problem with one of the base lift motors a couple years after the purchase of the queen. Kyvno's warranty is the real deal, a very nice and polite representative, Erica, took care of our problem quickly. Great product, very comfortable, incredible value, and a company that stands behind their product without a hassle. I did not think such companies existed anymore!

We purchased a dual king package in 2019 and have enjoyed our bed. I love my side but my husband wanted his to be less firm so we put a 2 inch topper on his side and he is much happier. We remodeled our house in 2020 and when decorating our guest room I felt the bed needed a new mattress. I contacted Kyvno to see if they sale just the mattress as it is not available on their website. I was pleased to find out that they do and since we did not have to buy the full queen package I purchased 2 queen mattresses. One for our guest room and one for our camper.
