We have to buy electronic components, not the easiest time to do this.

In this case element14 is the only only regional distributor and we had to pay several thousand dollars in advance to allocate parts from this stockist for future delivery. They appear to have lost the money and are unable to resolve the situation after two months.

Two whole months after receiving payment to their account they have failed to send even a receipt for this money and after several attempts to contact them they appear to have lost it. Neither have they sent any confirmation of allocation for the parts so we have no idea whether or not the money was received or the parts will be delivered as and when they receive stock.

After two months of contacting sales support we have made zero progress. They are a parts stockist, all they have to do is accounts and inventory but this seems to be beyond their abilities.

Try every other stockist first before you have to give these guys your business.

Ordered IC chip, was told 2 weeks. Waited two weeks. Never showed. Emailed and told two more days. He saw them arrive in warehouse. Three weeks later no parts. Messaged them and told me to reorder as in stock. So i reordered and now it's saying no stock after they've taken my money. Terrible service and company. Not the first time I've had issues with element 14. Stay clear of them unless you want to lose your money and time.

First of all they are not able to ship this material, i got that information after one week only when i followed up on the status they tell you we want ship due to restrictions very negligently, ok accepted the issue, atleast refund has to be done i shared the company details they committed to do by April and tell month end issues to refund the order amount that is highly ridiculous, No response for this refund still

Its the worst company that i have ever seen in my life.
Never buy components from then no proper delivery time also they supply wrong components.
If you have credit or Paypal acc always order from mouser or digikey.

Wish I had a chance to give a zero rating to Element14. But the lowest rating is 1 and so left with no options. Our shipment was held for 5 months despite paying the complete amount while placing the order.
There was no response to either my calls or emails for a long time and all of a sudden a representative responded saying the order information is missing from their database.
When we defend and argue producing all the necessary proofs, that representative requested me to place the order again.
Unfortunately, even that order was not delivered.
I have made a number of calls, written a number of emails and after many attempts realized that canceling the order is the only solution.
They have accepted a refund over the phone and denied it over email.
This element14 cannot be relied on.
I lost precious 7 months (Currently, it is November 2021), which affected my student career significantly.
Till now, I have no idea if I will receive any refund or not.
I wish I had a chance to sue them but me being a student I am feeble and so suffering the consequences of their irresponsible attitude.
