I have won about 5-6 jewelry products from Tophatter. Delivery was timely and I am very pleased with the appearance of items purchased. I question the original prices of jewelry that you can win beginning with a $2.00 bid when the original price may have been posted as $999+. Lets be real. You aren't going to get something for nothing. The jewelry pieces I received were nicer than expected and are very pretty. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as I don't believe the "original" prices are valid. I wish original prices would be eliminated as I feel they are a farce. I have not had to send anything back and have received all orders timely; therefore, I cannot comment on customer service. I can only say I really like what I purchased and I don't care if they are worth the original price claimed or not. I just buy what I like.
I was innocent and bought several items. Not one was what was represented. The jewelry was something you might find in a Jack In The Box. Everything is cheap and not quality. They were such poor quality it wasn't worth my time to send them back. Also, it was obvious they were all from the same sender, even though they all had different return addresses. They were in the exact same cheap boxes & envelopes.
I am very please with my order i got it in good time and the size were perfect.the ring is so beautiful i have already recommended it to my friend. Yes i will continue to shop at Tophatter thank you so much...

I won several auctions at a price that was apparently lower than the seller wanted, and after I won they simply refused to sell the item to me.
It is a sham! Watch out, they will hold the buyer to the agreement to purchase but not the seller. They don't list any minimum bids, reserves, and if you do win you can be assured it's not a bargain.
The jewelry I've ordered is extremely poor workmanship. Rings with sharp edges, stones fall out almost immediately after buying. Several items I purchased, not just one. I bid and won a pearl necklace sold as "genuine cultured pearls". I took it to a friend who is a jeweler. He said they are definitely not "genuine cultured pearls". A bracelet I purchased was sold as a CLASSIC AQUAMARINE TENNIS BRACELET. It is not aquamarine stones at all. Most of these things are made in China, as I'm finding out. Google their name and read what real customers are saying about them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Overpriced junk! Items don't work! Braceket I purchased was supposed to be stamped as gold plate... no markings. Save your money. Never will buy from this site again.

STAY AWAY FROM SITE-not what it appears
They send nice sounding replies to your problems but never do anything but repeat the same message over and over. Seller said it was not in timeframe, you didn't send tracking number, reason not accepted by seller. (I had hit an incorrect #), our tracking shows you received item & so. no satisfaction yet I'm out mega bucks on mostly junk.

At first was a great app! I ordered a lot of jewelry (at least 50)which most was really nice! Then it started with I went to find my daughter a purse bidded on a Couch won it then she said was refunding money never said why (because it wasn't enough money)! Then one thing was sent somewhere else, I won a Pink sweatshirt FAKE AH! Won a name brand hoodie for my son FAKE AH! And now even the jewelry is looking like children's FAKE! So disappointed will NEVER use app again! BEWARE ITS A RIP OFF! And I found out almost everything is from China... ohhhhhh heck NO!

I ordered a ring that never arrived, although their site said it was delivered, so no refund. So, I went to the post office with the tracking number and they indicated that it WAS delivered--to some address in California--not to me in Wisconsin. Post office said sometimes this is a seller's scam where they send your package elsewhere and hope you don't follow up on it, or it's a phony tracking number altogether--especially when it comes from overseas. They keep your money AND the product. Just mention POSTMASTER GENERAL and they'll issue an instant refund!;-)

I never received the purchased item, and was very dissatisfied. I requested a refund but as of now, I have not received it. I will never order from this vendor again!
Hi Denise, upon review of order #19881765 tracking shows the item was successfully delivered to your location on December 23,2016. Additionally, positive feedback was left for the item/seller 2 days after the delivery date. Because of this, a refund is not required.
I bought a set of rings for NZ $16 apparently worth $500+. What a joke, but i figured that out before i started the bidding of course. Arrived in reasonable time but not as good as what the photos made them look. However my 17 year old daughter is enjoying them. Will keep using this site because it is fun bidding - on cheap quality stuff thinking you are getting as really huge bargain :)

I like most of your products, but the jewelry on the other hand is coming to small or to big, or turning cooler, and it's really to bad because it's beautiful, the detail they put into it is stunning.

I enjoy shopping on Tophatter. It is fun and for the most part, you will be surprised when your order arrives because their jewelry looks authentic and those pieces with stones look so real. Tophatter makes it easy to return, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your item.
