They are reliable and this is an easy way to make money for paypal or to get gift cards. You have to spend time at it is all. The people who I see complaining maybe just want something for nothing. This isn't a difficult thing to accomplish, anyone who puts their mind to it can do well with Swagbucks.
The jewelry I've ordered is extremely poor workmanship. Rings with sharp edges, stones fall out almost immediately after buying. Several items I purchased, not just one. I bid and won a pearl necklace sold as "genuine cultured pearls". I took it to a friend who is a jeweler. He said they are definitely not "genuine cultured pearls". A bracelet I purchased was sold as a CLASSIC AQUAMARINE TENNIS BRACELET. It is not aquamarine stones at all. Most of these things are made in China, as I'm finding out. Google their name and read what real customers are saying about them.
Tip for consumers:
Not worth it, shop elsewhere!!! They are friendly until you have issues with too many purchases.
They ask for pictures (photo) of a persons credit card before allowing a purchase. Also a photo of your drivers license. Sounds illegal, so I did not make a purchase. Made in China, they must have different laws about purchasing products online?
Tip for consumers:
This happens all the time in China, quite unfortunately. They will reject your purchase if you don't send it. It's supposed to be for "fraud prevention." It really helps assist in committing fraud, though. They get a picture of your signature on paper, plus your card, and then they can do anything with it.

The first time I made a purchase on Swap.com, I had won a gift certificate for that site. That was a very positive experience, and I have been buying items from Swap.com ever since. The quality is great, the way they package the items to ship is amazing, and the prices are a blessing for those without much money to spend.
