I ordered a shirt in size XL -- it came relatively soon, but was definitely NOT an XL -- rather than try and send it back, I gave that one to a friend, whom it fit (between a size Medium & Large). Thought I would try again and order same shirt in XXL -- it came -- ALSO too small -- exactly the same as the first one. I think they just make one size and stick different labels on them! Unfortunately, I ordered two XXL's (different tops), and have only received the one so far, so expecting the other to show up and not fit as well. Guessing I just gave these people money for nothing, as I don't expect to be able to recoup any of it.
I never shop on line and this is why.
I want my money back for things returned that were sooo soooo small. I have asked and written several times. I am going to police if you do not respond and return my money this is theft!

For me this site is a little better then other sites because quality is very good (not the best or course, but) and shipping is not so long (3-4 weeks)
After several months of getting these emails and finally decided to place an order! Worst mistake ever! I order almost everything online and this company has the worst tracking system I have ever encountered. I can't find not one site to track the package because using China Post Service (the one Rose Gal uses to ship) is a complete joke. They don't even recognize your tracking number! Ordered a swimsuit and it will probably be fall before I get it! Y'all suck

From the beginning of the process it was horrible. I paid extra to track my clothes I was never able to use it. I informed the customer service reps to find out where the clothes were, they gave me around about answer... never answered my question. Went to check on my orders guess what they did not ship 2 of my items. Rosegal already took the money for it. I have to be asking and begging to find out until they finally gave me an answer that they were out of stock... these people should have told me something. After waiting forever to get the clothes, when I finally received the clothes it was poor quality. It was my 1st time I ordered from them and all the different pieces were cheap looking, I felt like I waste my money and time. Again inform the customer reps that I was disappointed with the clothes... I was ignored. So do not order from this site. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. 1st and last time... not sure if I was refunded for the clothes that was not sent.

Where are you situated? I know it's online but does shipping done from the USA?
I bought a couple of hoodies, both are very comfortable and warm. Size fits perfectly, and they are true to the pictures. Loved everything, I'm already waiting for my next purchase to get here!
Ordered 2 items a hoodie in 3xl and a dress size large items received 5 weeks later and hoodie was made of some sponge like material and was a size extra small though labeled xxxl inside couldn't get 1 arm in it even,, the dress was nice but the sleeves where ungodly way to small wife could not even get her slim arm in it,, total trash clothing and a waste of time and money steer clear of this ripoff site,,, THEY HAVE A F RATING ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU CHECK IT OUT,, BBB.ORG

What a huge disappointment. The workmanship is shoddy, the quality extremely poor, and nothing is as so cleverly depicted on the website. I am completely dissatisfied and will be warning friends and family to steer clear of rosegal. Looks like the handiwork of a child and probably was.

Rosegal provided me with a tracking number but I am unable to track my package. I've contacted them twice in the past 10 minutes and they are not at all helpful. If I do not get legitimate tracking before this weekend is over, I am going to cancel my order. I'm very disgusted with getting the runaround from this company.

They do everything to get you not to return anything
They want you to have a credit to your account not a refund

The clothes that this website has are super cute! I shopped on here to buy my girlfriend her floral dresses that we cant find in stores near us. She absolutely loves them and at these prices and the amount of sales that they offer, I will definitely be coming back for more.

The dress I've ordered online was a nice dress at least the picture was nice. What I received was a small and cheaply made baby size outfit. It wasn't a US size M. (8-10)

Shipping was too long. It was promised: The package should normally take 7-15 business days for normal country to arrive. The United States of America is a normal country, I believe, but it took more than a month to receive the dress.
Also, they advertised something what they did not provide. The warning on the US television was right. This company takes customers money and provides a very low quality product after a long waiting. This kind of business is unacceptable. Unfortunately, there was no 0 star to give. Stay away from them!

I ordered a dress, but then read reviews of Rosegal, immediately asked to cancel the order half an hour later. Within a day, Rosegal had refunded the full amount to my PayPal account.
I placed my order for a dress, paid the extra delivery it was just over £12 so I could get it quicker. Over 2 weeks and still not here but the extra delivery charge says up to 8 days? What a con. Taking money for a service that they don't comply with. They are quick enough to take the money from my account. Contacted customer service and they said they will give me a voucher off my next order. What a laugh order again I Don't Think So. All I want is the cash putting back into my account for the delivery as I think they stole it. They never had any intension of sending the garment out to me within 8 day.
