I didn't have a problem with Zaful until today. I tried to pay for my order at checkout with my debit card, which I made sure five times that it was all the correct info, and it also has way more than enough funds. I kept getting an error message saying the payment method is not accepted. I message customer service (as seen below) and get this response
I bought 4 dresses. All quality are bad, transparent, material is not good and the size is small.
I requested for refund. Nobody take action. Didn't get return code or return address. It's been 2 weeks. I still follow up. PLEASE DON'T BUY From ZAFUL.
I have ordered quit a few things from this site some of the quality real cheap but there are some good quality items for cheap. I love all bikinis I ordered they fit to size. My gripe with this company is that I placed a order they took longer than usual to fulfill then they canceled my order and over 30 days later I'm still waiting for a refund! Funny how fast a company will take your money but when it comes to reversing it your just left outta money and product and waiting and calling etc! Do not expect quick refund or timely order.
I have ordered a jacket on 09.09.2022, after two months still i haven't reached package. I don't know where is my package, why doesn't reach me. This company didn't refund yet. I already asked them this situation, they didn't accept for refund. Do not shopping online with Zaful.
Sizes are super small, poor quality, return policy is terrible, e-mail after email, then you have to go to post office find cost of return and let them know for price acceptance, so much time spend, will NOT recomend to any one
I ordered 5 pieces of clothes in September and got them maybe two weeks later. After trying them on I saw that 2 of them didn't fit me and asked for a return ticket. They answered that they can refund me without getting the clothes back and to just donate the clothes to charity (woo great). After 2 more weeks that I didn't see the refund I spoke with their support, they told me they refunded my card and even sent me an invoice - but in the invoice you can clearly see that it's not my card number. Since then (it's been a month) they refuse to cancel the refund to the wrong card and refund the card I actually paid with. Just a big headache of a website...
I ordered from ZAFUL like 3 months a go I never get the package….after I text the company so many times almost I do it everyday and I get same answer and tell now I don't get my money back or the stuff I ordered….it's really bad company or website to order from
I placed an order for boots I saw on the site on Feb 26th, they took my money and said my payment was completed. The next day I get an email saying that my "unpaid order" was canceled and that they would "return points to my Zaful account". I didn't cancel my order myself, they did so why would they give me store credit instead of my money back? I contacted their customer service and they told me my order was cancelled and I have to wait up to two weeks for a refund, I asked why it was cancelled and nobody could give me any answers. I will be reporting this company for FRAUD and disputing the charge with my bank. These ppl are thieves.
As a college student, finding cute clothes that are affordable is really tough. My college is in an area packed with expensive designer stores and shopping there is impossible on a student budget. Zaful saved me! Every item of clothing I have ordered has been true to size, exactly like their photos, and comfortable. One specific sweater(order number ************** ordered on Nov. 24) was such nice quality, I was very surprised that I paid less that $30 for it. Shipping is consistently fast even during the strike at Canada Post, and packaging is always amazing. There are also so many opportunities on this site to save money (their reward-points system and coupons) that you can stay fashionable and still afford to buy your textbooks :)
Having been burnt previously on other online fashion stores, I was very hesitant. But the variety of awesome products twisted my arm. The order arrived way faster than what we imagined it would... WAY FASTER! All sizes were perfect as per noted on the website, which was another HUGE relief. All-in-all this was a fabulous shopping experience, and we'll definitely buy again! Thank you so much :)
Poor quality and part of my order didn't arrive. When I tried to use their support system or get in touch with them, I just kept getting "bad gateway."
I've ordered a few great, really cheap pieces from Zaful in the past couple of years. It's a great place to try out trends without breaking the bank. Their shirts and sweaters are probably my favorite, and have traveled around the world with me. They have lasted through extensive traveling, packing, washing, and many wears, intact and great!
I would say my only knock against Zaful is shipping times. Packages for me usually arrive on time, but sometimes randomly can take longer than stated. The one time this happened to me, I had ordered bathing suits that clearly were not going to arrive in time for vacation. I was able to contact customer service, and exchange my swims for a shirt that was more readily available. They were friendly and worked quickly to help me out!
I absolutely love the brand Zaful! I have ordered through them for a long time now and have never had any problems. The shipping time can be a bit slow sometimes depending on where you are/how much you've ordered but i've always received mine within three weeks maximum! Quality clothing, you will have to go up one or two sizes as the sizing is a lot smaller but no big deal! Worth every cent!

They offer cute and fashionable clothing on an extremely reasonable price. Shipping only took 2-3 weeks to Hungary and everything arrived nicely packed :) The clothes looked just like the picture. I was very pleased with their customer service too, they were super kind and professional, and always responded to my emails within 24 hours. I'm planning to order from them again.
I bought two jumpers (sweaters) from Zaful. They are both great quality and super comfortable. The shipping despite coming from far away was quite quick. Always have sales and great discounts. Their points system is really good too. Definitely recommend.
I've been experienced through lots of online shopping websites but Zaful might be one of my most favorites so far. At Zaful, I can get both good price and quality at the same time. The reviews from other customers also help me a lot while ordering.
I didn't know what to expect. Everything is so inexpensive that I almost expected to be disappointed. I ordered three bikinis and received them within two weeks to the US. Size-wise, five out of six of the "items" fit very well. One top was too big, almost as if it was accidentally the wrong size selected. That was weird, but still wearable if not doing athletic activities.
The material shocked me. Everything is so SOFT and stretchy. I've worn all of mine like crazy and they have withstood lakes, oceans, cliff jumping, boating etc. and all still look brand new. I can't wait to stock up on some of their new releases!
I am very satisfied with my shopping in this shop, I always get clothes earlier than expected and of very good quality. It's also cheap and you can earn zaful points easily. It's hard to decide for just one piece of clothing, so why not take more? Discounts are phenomenal. I highly recommend it
Honestly, I usually avoid websites for buying bikinis because I can never tell if the items will really fit properly (or even look like the picture presented online). A lot of the swimsuits I tend to gravitate towards are upwards of $70 just for the top alone! I was sick of spending almost as much as my electric bill on one swimsuit, so I decided to check out Zaful to see what the hype was about. I obviously fell in love with the prices, I mean I could get seven or eight swimsuits for the price of one-off Instagram, but was curious if it would live up to my expectations.
Great news is, my Zaful order exceeded them! Not only was it super easy to shop on my mobile app, but I was able to look at the reviews with pictures for each item to see how they fit lots of different sizes. Bikini shopping has never been this stress-less or cheap!
I have been buying my bikinis off of Zaful for a few years now and I have never had any issues with my orders. The shipping can take a little while which is why I've given it 4 stars. Other than that, the quality is very good for the price and their customer service is great. I always get compliments on my bikinis. Sizing is pretty standard, just be sure to reference sizing charts before you order. Some of the tops tend to run a bit small so keep that in mind. I would definitely recommend.
