I have ordered quit a few things from this site some of the quality real cheap but there are some good quality items for cheap. I love all bikinis I ordered they fit to size. My gripe with this company is that I placed a order they took longer than usual to fulfill then they canceled my order and over 30 days later I'm still waiting for a refund! Funny how fast a company will take your money but when it comes to reversing it your just left outta money and product and waiting and calling etc! Do not expect quick refund or timely order.
First I have to mention that the dress was not the quality I thought it would be, especially for the price. It was also not true to size. The website states that for refunds and returns you have to contact customer service directly so they can send you an address to send back to them. What they fail to mention is that you will return the item yet you will ONLY get 40% of your money back! So not only do you not get a new item you also don't get your money back completely. It is inconsiderate of this company to feel that it is fair for unsatisfied customers to return an item as it came and only give them less than half the money back. Never shopping here again!

I have to say, the irems are of very good quality, but... I ordered 4 items from Zaful, using their size chart. It says US sizes. Well size 4 is small, so I ordered small. Guess what? Way too small! First, Zaful has asian sizes and not US sizes. Second, Zaful is a based Asian company, not US, even if they have a US phone number. Your call is automatically redirected from the US phone number to their "store". Third, trying to have your items replaced is a desaster! So make sure you order the correct size.
I loved everything about it! Administrators friendly, delivery - fast, large assortment, nice quality of clothes - just a delight, love it!
I got a good service but it took me some time to contact them and this is an issue they must fix.

I never receive me my order and they want me to repay for shipping fees however my address was correct and they are telling me no compensation it is a scam and I will file a law suit
I never got my package of just 3 shirts delivered and when I tried to call customer service twice, no one answered and when I emailed them about questions, which I asked very politely, they blocked my email. This is $40 that I have to try to get back from PayPal and I'm never buying anything from here again.

Don't trust pictures, t-shirts quality is just awful. Sewing isn't even straight and i can't believe that they sent me this garbage. Also very short if you are more than 5ft10in (180cm).
This is the most horrible experience I had with ordering.
They package was late and the quality of the clothes horrible. When I said that I want to return and get a full refund they avoided answering. They are offering partial refund or to keep the clothes when I am being clear that I do not want to keep nor get half of my money.
They are doing 24h to answer delaying the limit of 14 days to return and copy and paste the same message again and again! And now they stopped answering.
I am calling my bank to see if I can retrieve them.

Don't buy hoodies, they're $#*!ing see through. They look good as in design and $#*! but they're see through, feel cheap af (like I wouldn't want it even for free) and provides virtually zero warmth

Indubitably, that sometimes we can't find clothes, shoes or other accessories, however I bet you will definitely find everything you need here. I faced this store recently when I was searched for the particular model of shoes and I found it here. I decided to get acquainted with the assortment and actually the main goal was to find something besides these shoes. I also ordered her some clothes and everything was delivered pretty fast. I'm glad that this online store cares about the time of their consumers and always deliver orders in time.

I can't even speak for the quality of anything because it never showed up. I ordered something that I meant to wear for a Halloween costume. When I chose the shipping method, it said "10 days". I ordered it on October 11. Lol oops. According to their tracking (which is probably garbage, who knows), it was delivered on 12/16. That's more like 10x6 days. Even more. But even worse, the items actually never showed up. And when I've complained about it not arriving, they offer me partial credit to use in the store. How can you expect me to want to purchase from you again when I'm lied to about shipping time, and then blown off when I complain that it wasn't delivered? Yeah right. I'm still arguing for my full refund. Should have read the reviews on this site before purchasing, so take this as a warning.
This place is ridiculous. I have been waiting on a hoodie for My son for Christmas that still isn't here. Customer service tells me by the 20th. And than its always another story. I have been told 5 different things and have yet to receive my item. Christmas is Friday. I do not recommend shopping with this place. Told to contact post office and still nothing. It's sad and if I could give 0 stars I would.
I placed an order for several items on this site in October 2021 for a vacation that I was going on at the end of November. It is now December 19th and I still have not received my items. Customer service is giving me the runaround and refuses to give me a refund. This company is a complete joke. Avoid at all costs.
I would love to leave a review about the clothes but unfortunately I haven't received them, even though my order was shipped ONE MONTH AGO. Shipping estimate is a complete lie. They just want your coin and could care less about how long it takes to get your items to you.
