Did not receive my item and after 3 weeks of waiting I chased this as I had not had any acknowledgement from them whatsoever. Finally after some time I was informed this item was in short supply but they did not even have the common courtesy to let me know. I demanded a refund which was not easy but got one in the end. Would never order again from this company.

Quick easy shop, however when I wasn't happy with the order the customer service team had no intention of allowing me to send the item back. The customer service team suggested I keep the item with a small percentage refunded, however I did not want the item as the quality of the fabric was terrible, it was made out of the cheapest nylon. After this shopping experience I would never shop here again nor would I recommend Ivrose online store to anyone I know. The customer service team were not helpful to sort out refunds. Once they have your cash there is no going back. I will be avoiding Ivrose and will not be getting sucked in to any more purchases from Ivrose.

I can not complain about costumer service because they reply rigth away to your emails. However, is has being more than a month and I haven't receive my dress. At this point I am going to wait an other 7 days, if not i will request a full refund and hopefully they dont give any issues with my full refund.

A full refund for unwanted items is rejected.
10% refund and keep mechanidise was offered (merchandise that does not fit and I do not want).
After going back and forth, they offered a 30% refund, then 50%, then 60% (stating this was the most they could offer) and then 70%.
I couldn't be bothered to argue it out any longer and so accepted this.
Just be aware that full refunds are not available, and the initial 10% offered can be bettered!

Back in Nov 2021 I placed a order with this company… it is now February 28 2022 still no order… I have reached out numerous times and keep getting the same response. Please wait while we contact mail Courier. No mind you this order was placed again back in November 20 21 no one seems to know where the packages I call the postal carrier that it says it's waiting at based on the tracking number postal carriers states they do not receive packages at that site. Now the company only wants to refund me 155.7 back on something I have never received. I would truly be careful ordering anything from this company. Filling a complaint with the better Business Bureau.

I ordered two pieces of lingerie because of an ad. Both were way too big even after I took my measurements. They both have faux fur on them and they literally drop everywhere (I moved them from the packaging to the drawer and feathers are everywhere). The quality is poor as well and the material made me very itchy and super uncomfortable. To top it off, customer service is slow and their return period is 14 days from delivery, even though my package did not see my doorstep when they said it did. Buy regular priced items so you receive better quality. This is just like the wish app but more expensive.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes thinking they were based out of the UK, so far 2 pairs have turned up not in shoe boxes but wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a parcel bag, they appear to have a buckle but this is just for show you have some stupid hook that you somehow have to attach and keep it in place. It doesn't and I can put a flat pack together with ease!

Still trying to figure out if there is a way I can wear one pair but the second no way, even if I could work out a way to attach the stupid hook the material at the back of the heel spreads out at the side and looks horrendous.

For the amount of money I spent on these shoes they should be ashamed of themselves, they don't provide a tracking number, however, provided quick responses to my messages so there's one plus I will never use this company ever again.

The site gives you the illusion of a well put together brand with high quality products - none of which is true. I waited almost a month to only receive half of my order and what I received was so low in quality it was almost laughable. Not only was the quality nothing like what was shown in the photo, it was also missing a piece. Then trying to resolve the issue with customer service was even more frustrating. They continuously tried to work around giving me a refund and when they finally did, it was only a fraction of what I paid claiming they find refund for shipping/restocking despite the item they sent me being defective. I received the other half of my order a month later as was equally as disappointed.
Really, avoid at all costs. It's not worth it no matter the deal you think you're getting on these items.

I ordered a cowboy hat. It looked like it was sturdy. I was super excited. It gets here and is super damaged and cannot be reshaped. How several people tried. I was told they would give me 5$ coupon and then 10$ but they won't let me have a refund.

HOWEVER When something needs to be returned to them, they will not accept damaged products.

PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH!
I'm out 25.00 not including shipping.

I will never buy from them again.

Horrible customer service. Ordered $126 worth of items in April. Its now August and nothing. I have gone back and forth with customer service and they refuse to give a refund.
They can see in the system and said the item got lost in transit and that "I" should follow-up with shipping company. I do not recommend this company at all. They have no integrity/accountability to do what's right as a business whatsoever. $126 of my money just gone!

I enjoy shopping here. I find just what I need and at great prices. Everything is packed well and the shipping is fast. When I am in need of something it's great being able to get it without leaving Home... I am VERY pleased...

Have to report IvRose did not confirm shipment. Waiting in the dark about when or what will ship. Out of the blue, pleasantly surprised package arrived. No packing slip inside - Don't know how they record what was sent, or remedy any discrepancies. Fortunately it seems everything ordered was delivered without prior notification, which a mail order customer would appreciate after the automatic initial acknowledgement of order/payment received.

Fast shipping, garments are exactly as pictured, fabric is a little thinner on some than l expected, they all fit perfectly the sizing guide was spot on overall very happy with everything and l will definitely purchase from here again

Clothing was surprisingly very cute and good quality. My shipment arrived in less than 2 weeks. I accidentally ordered something 1 size too big and customer service took care of it right away, no problems!

Shipping took a LONG time. Looks just as it does in the photo, but unless you're about 6 feet tall, it's way too long, and really can't be altered due to the stuffs. Sizing options were only size, not length, so be careful…..

This shop sells gently used items for a very good discount! And off season clearances are outstanding! (See, you can tell I love it because I was compelled to use exclamation points at the end of all my sentences.)
