Placed order for Christmas Fluffy Hooded Costume Babydoll on 13 Dec 2023 to give as a Christmas gift. Didn't receive item until second week of January (1 month). With that said, the costume was well made and packaged. Probably won't purchase from IVRose again only because of delivery time.
Did not receive my item and after 3 weeks of waiting I chased this as I had not had any acknowledgement from them whatsoever. Finally after some time I was informed this item was in short supply but they did not even have the common courtesy to let me know. I demanded a refund which was not easy but got one in the end. Would never order again from this company.
I would order from this company again and I recommend my friends as well. Once again thank you because I was the spotlight

Shipping took a while, but the site was upfront about the shipping times. Well worth the wait. Very satisfied with my purchases
Product availability
I love getting ready for the summer season and foral dress is a huge part of that! Ivrose dress is my go to every summer season. They are very affordable and range in price from just $15 to a max of $30. The dress always come within 10 days and fit true to size. They are good quality and stay that way after being washed.
Costumer Service did the job as per request upon delivery! The quality of the product is good! I recommend to order online from Ivrose!

A full refund for unwanted items is rejected.
10% refund and keep mechanidise was offered (merchandise that does not fit and I do not want).
After going back and forth, they offered a 30% refund, then 50%, then 60% (stating this was the most they could offer) and then 70%.
I couldn't be bothered to argue it out any longer and so accepted this.
Just be aware that full refunds are not available, and the initial 10% offered can be bettered!

Liked the clothes advertised on the model. Although when received, the material was very poor quality.
Took a very long time. Everything was mostly too big. Material is not the best. But oh well.

I use this website a lot to buy clothes, I like being able to browse online at any time and find a great variety of good quality things with a great variety of sizes. Delivery is super fast, and returning things is super easy, with a promptly processed refund or replacement. It's a convenient way for me to shop since I don't live in a main hub, I love getting the new designs and sitting with a cup of coffee, shopping with my feet up!
My order was placed easily, and delivery was reasonable. Unfortunately, for once, the sizings are actually larger than expected. I contacted customer service to return/swap with smaller size but have had no response which is a shame.
I can't describe it other than poor as no-one has responded to me.

I've ordered clothes from IV Rose and they've been basically ok, even though the sizes aren't really scaled to my body type. But this order was a total disappointment. Must have been somebody's first day.

Delivery took forever with no update.
Items were poorly made and many unwareable. Trying to contact this company is a waste of time as you never get through or a response. Will never be recommending or shopping with them again.

The top was very thin and too big, the shorts to small, what you get I suppose when buying a set. Then trying to return it was a nightmare, kept trying to offer 10% discount rather than a return label. Sent back 2 weeks ago and not heard a thing

Top was out of stock but they let me know and said they'd send it as soon as it became available, they did, spoke to a lovely lady who couldn't have been nicer or more efficient delighted with them, great service but also very personable.

My order was received but completely screwed up it's been hanging up ever since I received it and the creases are still very apparent the dress is the worded this is not an item that would be easy to iron and I feel I need to send it to the dry cleaners to get the creases out, not something one would expect to do on a brand new dress.
