I missed the return period by just a few days as some of the clothes I ordered were too big and wanted an exchange or a refund and id order the same items in a different size. They at first turned me down and said I was SOL but after I raised some cane they offered me $5 to shop again on their site. Total joke.

I ordered the smallest size available for the product I purchased, yet it was still too big on me, and there was a clear difference between the one the model wore for the pictures and the one I got

The shipping takes a while base on where you at, but you get what you order.

Good value. Took a little long to arrive. Ordered well before Christmas but seemed to take a long time before dispatched.

Placed order for Christmas Fluffy Hooded Costume Babydoll on 13 Dec 2023 to give as a Christmas gift. Didn't receive item until second week of January (1 month). With that said, the costume was well made and packaged. Probably won't purchase from IVRose again only because of delivery time.

I ordered 2 items same size but unfortunately one of them is very oversized. When I contacted ivrose they said they could not accept returns on bodysuits. I did not know this when buying.

I will never deal with this company again the dresses I ordered are a mess but I don't have the time to return them it's too inconvenient I didn't know you are Chicme.I had a bad experience with Chicme too so I'm done!

My initial order was cancelled by the company without any notification and i had to reorder both orders
Then the time period for processing my orders exceeded 1 month and half to 2 months
WAS for holiday gifts but due to delayed processing and mailing was not to be

Goods were delivered on time the dress didn't suit me but would cost almost the value of the dress to send back

Took a month to get my order should state the delivery time at the time of order

I order the pants and tops they fit so well and I am very happy with the quality of the clothes. I will be buying more clothes.
