My parcel arrived an hour ago but was badly damaged.

Wanted to return items as they where bad quality and asked for a refund customer service kept trying to not give me a full refund took over a week to get the refund. Items where poor quality and far to big different from photo. Evoid

Love the dress beautiful colour and style can't wait to wear

It was very easy to order and the delivery timeframe was not that bad.

I absolutely love what I order from IVRose! Everything always fits so well and is absolutely comfy. Snug and beautiful. My only problem is it takes too long to arrive! But saying that I will keep using you because I love the clothes I receive!

Tried calling for a week at different times to get a return label. You only allow 14 days. Phone line busy 24/7 signal. One item was too big, the other not as appeared in picture. No problem with the quality, just return issue.

Order received on time, quality as expected, more than happy.

Very easy to order and was kept in touch when order was due to arrive and when it did.

Delivery was long in comparison to other online retail. The dress was lovely but not true to size I ordered a size 8 but I'd say it was more like a size 6.

The worse experience I have ever had. The order took 6 weeks to arrive. The sizing was all wrong so I wanted to return goods. Was offered 10% then 30% back, eventually got them to send a returns label. Sent back items and did not receive a full refund. Was told there are shipping costs despite their website states free worldwide shipping. Disgusting company NEVER USED THEM.

I contacted customer service they were not very helpful took alot of backward and forward messages before they finally agreed to refund cost of dress - cost of shipping back one of other dresses needed a new zip which I have done at my own expense

So far very happy with my orders and they arrive at a good time

Simple and pretty quick
Only problem is that same size has too big of a variety, so some products are too large and others too small.

I asked to return items that were too small and was offered a small discount which I refused. Asked again to refund me the return but they do not respond. Will not shop there again scammers

Awful & delivery takes months. Stick to Shein! You cant get a refund & they offer you a little of your money in compensation.

Never received good and no contact obvious on site

A very good product,I am very satisfied with it and will recommend it to friends and family
