Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Delivery time was more than 11 days maybe 22 days x

First off the clothes are cheap and not what is pictured. Size chart is also a joke. But most of all they refuse to help you get a refund even tho they said they will return any item if not satisfied. Company should be out of business.

Got the dresses! Took a month to get them but the dresses are as described

The dresses are nice, just a bit different from the pics. One of them I was a bit disappointed with.

Can't describe the item as I didn't receive it. 2 different reasons provided. 1 it was forgotten to be sent and 2 they list the package.

I would never buy from this company again.
Items I received did not fit, so I wished to return them. This was the hardest return I have ever done. They kept refusing to do a return, and eventually after several emails they agreed. Kept trying to make me keep items that did not fit. Then asking me questions that were not relevant. I then had to chase my return payment if I hadn't I wouldn't have got it. Terrible company and I do a lot of shopping on line.

The dress arrived but was a bit snug so maybe not an XL. I had no confirmation email to return the item as I checked out as a guest. When I contacted to ask about return, I was 4 days over the 14 day return, which is usually 28 in most stores. Dissapointed

Never received an order confirmation or a shipping date but item was received and was as described.

Ordered a size up from what I normally am. They fit perfectly.

I ordered my items on 4th July with the expectation I would receive my order within 3-21 days. We are now on 9th Aug and still no items. I had to chase my order 2 weeks ago to be told one item was out of stock delaying the whole order I think instructed you to send the ones you had in stock as this order was to celebrate my belated 40th birthday in Ibiza I leave on 11th Aug. So now I have ZERO packages with my items only to be told my order will be received in 8-10 days from now. Complete joke 1. No one communicated my delay until I chased.2. I then had to instruct you to send 2 shippings- surely common sense would tell you to send it separately.3. Thanks for ruining my holiday. Shambles of a company with no apology. Shein and other companies at least deliver on time so I'll be going back there from now on.

I ordered 2 dresses which came to £36.50. When they arrived the one was so long, it was ridiculous and I am 5ft 7in, the other one looked like a scruffy rag. I tried to start the procedure to return them but met with all kinds of resistance with them offering a tiny amount refunded but to keep the items which were unwearable so I said no I wanted a full refund. This battled on for a bit before they agreed for me to return the dresses but the procedure seemed so ridiculous with many emails back and fore. I eventually got refunded £23.77!?! They stated that this was the shipping fee. I have dealt with similar companies to this and been very pleased with the items but when on the rare occasion that I had to return something, I had a full refund. So I am nearly £13 out of pocket. The dresses were awful & unwearable. I have reported this so called company to Trading Standards. Will never order from them again.
