Quick easy shop, however when I wasn't happy with the order the customer service team had no intention of allowing me to send the item back. The customer service team suggested I keep the item with a small percentage refunded, however I did not want the item as the quality of the fabric was terrible, it was made out of the cheapest nylon. After this shopping experience I would never shop here again nor would I recommend Ivrose online store to anyone I know. The customer service team were not helpful to sort out refunds. Once they have your cash there is no going back. I will be avoiding Ivrose and will not be getting sucked in to any more purchases from Ivrose.

I was looking for a decent wedding guest outfit and they had something that looked lovely on the websites photographs.
I wanted a jumpsuit for a wedding but the poor quality of the material meant the item that arrived was not suitable for what I wanted it for. It was so static it clung to the body and would’ve made me sweat profusely.
Quick easy shop, hopefully the item arrives as described.
