I recently bought my wife a new ski coat which she picked out on a recent trip to Vail. We found the coat on the FWRD website through Google for 20% less than we saw it in Vail. And, FWRD had several sizes available, and with their free return policy, we were able to try two before we had the perfect fit! Love that they put a return label in the box, and also their fast shipping method when we purchased the second coat. My wife will become a regular customer at FWRD! Great Experience.

The customer service and the shoes are absolutely amazing. Shipping was fast, but had a big problem with UPS, getting my package. Called them several times, they scheduled the initial delivery at one time ( 2:30-4:30 pm), I made arrangements to be home by that time, instead UPS arrived at 9 am.!
Huge problem for me. But luckily I still got my package.

I placed an order on 2/3 expecting it to arrive either next day or in two like I was originally told in my confirmation email and it took a week to arrive. I'm heading on a trip that I wanted to take the blazer with me and made sure worked. Luckily I did receive it right before leaving but I was concerned since the tracking # only said the label had been created and not picked up. I reached out to customer support on 2/8 and they were super helpful and offered a discount or to re-ship my order. Overall I was happy with the customer support and the blazer is super cute!

As I live abroad I didn't expect my delivery in 2 days!
I only dit not expected that high amount of taxes. The taxes were seen after my confirmation. This was an extra 550,-!
