I do not recommend FWRD for international orders. If you need to return an item, not only will you have to pay expensive shipping fees back to the US, but they also do not refund duties and taxes. This important detail is not specified in their return policy, and instead, you're told to contact your local customs office for a refund, which is inconvenient and frustrating. I will definitely not be ordering from them again!
The shoes are exactly what I wanted, but the DHL courier left my package at the entrance of the wrong building… there was no one with my name or surname at that entrance. I don't understand why they didn't call me on the phone number provided if they had trouble finding my building. If I hadn't gone to look for it myself, my package probably would have been stolen or lost.

Decent customer service- warning if using ApplePay, the fraud team wants pics of your cc and drivers license. I didn't want to provide the information so they allowed me to work around it by using PayPal. Item arrived packaged well, there was a little dirt on the bottom of the item, but it was easily removed so not a big deal.
Got my order in 2 days, loved the skirt and the sizing is very accurate.
