Zaful is a Chinese-owned online fashion retailer. Recently, I bought two items from their online app platform.
PRODUCT QUALITY:
First product: Off-Shoulder Cinched Floral Set
Cost: SGD27 (USD 19.60)
Pros:
1) the design amazing up close. The details are absolutely lovely and as every bit beautiful as the pictures suggest. 10/10, it's an absolutely stunning piece.
Cons:
1) it is made mainly paper-thin polyester and does not feel comfortable on my skin. It's lowkey atrocious, actually. 4/10
2) the sleeves are attached precariously to the body by a few stitches/threads. 4/10
3) it's really expensive. For such cheap and little material. 6/10
Verdict: Only worth the money if you really really like the design. I mean, I did, so I'd give it a 6/10.
Second product: Frilled V-Wire Plant Print Bikini Swimsuit
Cost: SGD21.53 (USD15.50)
Pros:
1) GOREGOUS. Detailing is mighty fine, print is beautiful. Design is unique and perfect for flat-chested ladies such as myself. The white is a pale blue in sunlight and is really cute, it makes the whole outfit good for both cool and warmed skin undertones.
2) material feels good yes very comfortable
Cons:
1) The clasp looks like nipslip prerequisite though. BUT I managed to fix this by detaching the straps and crossing them on the back. Secures the entire ensemble better.
Verdict: Really really good except clasp. 8.5/10
Note: more suited for ladies with smaller chests
ETHICS: -
I tried to do some research on them. Plus points for some attempt at helping raise awareness on the environment, I guess, tho it might very well be just a greenwashing technique. USER-FRIENDLINESS: 1/10
Difficult to navigate around app. Super confusing. (Not intuitive) Zaful, please put a "sold out" section instead of removing the items entirely. I want to be able to find them. Additionally, let users be able to select top & bottom of bikini separately
CUSTOMER SERVICE: 10/10
Their consumer care is stellar. Perhaps it may not have been so in the day, but every experience I have had with their client helpline has been a positive one
They are contactable and reply promptly, never fail to answer within a couple of working days,
They are also extremely polite people, conversing with them via the app's in-built ticket system has always been a pleasure.
They genuinely care about your experience. I ordered my first package from them sometime at the end of April, during the Coronavirus outbreak. When I realised my parcel was not here after 3 weeks, I contacted them, and they helped me not only track the parcel down, but also offer compensation as apology for the inconvenience. Truly impeccable.
Ultimately,
I have seen a lot of people comment that Zaful's Swimsuits are a much better buy as compared to their clothes. My experience has definitely proven this. I have also looked through Zaful's reviews. Anything before 2017 seems to suggest that the entire experience was horrible, while anything after seems to suggest Zaful has upped their game and made many improvements. Soo, yeah. Customer service is great, ethics I am not sure, the app still sucks big time. That's about it.

I have become a huge fan of this page. You can't find his designs anywhere else and his quality is amazing. They are good value for money. Shipping was faster than I thought and I had my clothes fast and very well packaged. I am currently awaiting another order that includes 2 swimsuits and I am very excited, I have seen that they are of very good quality and at a good price.

Hi Just a thank you for the prompt service. This is the first time ordering from over seas that my order was here with in 10 dae. Soooooooooooooooooooooo impressed. I usually wait 3 months or some times it never arrives. Quality poor. But with u totally different. Thanks so much for making it possible for our SA girls to order and receive good quality clothes in record time.
I do so much online shopping and I have NEVER experienced such an awful company. Biggest joke. When they have an error on their end they don't even try to make it up to the customer. Ill just leave my convos with them here to give you an idea.

Which one is the one that is not being shipped for another 7-15 business days? Why would it even take that long when I have already waited this amount of time? I am not understanding why I bothered to pay for express shipping if now you are saying 7-15 business days. Why would I only get an exchange and not a refund when I paid for express specifically to avoid this? I knew I should have stuck with Amazon Prime. Please give me another option as when you pay for express shipping you expect at least better service than an auto-reply to exchange your order or wait.

Please tell me if I will not be receiving any of these prior to Dec 23rd before I leave for a holiday for 1 month. I cannot believe after paying express shipping that all 3 are still even processing to be shipped. I do not understand how an order can be placed on Dec 6th, you can advertise express shipping and then almost 2 weeks later they still have even been shipped. I am assuming after you ship it you have no guarantee on how long it will take to arrive as well, am I right?

I did pay the $15.000 express shipping? What do you mean $5.00? I will pay 5 dollars for some shipping I am just trying to get them before the 23rd which is why I DID choose items that were In Stock and paid EXP shipping.

I am incredibly frustrated and confused with your service! I want a refund, especially for my express shipping that I paid. I was told back on Dec 14th that at least 2 of the 3 bikinis that I had purchased would be shipped within the next 1-2 business days and even though the 3rd one was unsuccessful with the express shipping that I would receive the other two. Now it seems your company had waited for us to resolve the 3rd one until anything was shipped causing me now not to receive ANY OF THEM prior to me leaving the country for over a month. I would like this to be resolved asap as it seems to me like for your own benefit you waited to ship the other two to save on shipping costs until we resolved what to do with the third one. This is ridiculous, especially for a customer that paid an additional 15+ dollars for express shipping at the beginning of December. Then In this thread, I was told I didn't pay for express shipping and I had to pay more, then I got an apology for that being a mistake on your end. IN ADDITION TO THAT I said that I wanted to wait for the orange one IF there was no guarantee that the "replacement" black one that was in stock would be here before the 23rd and STILL no one listened and just shipped the black one knowing it would not be here in time as well.
Please advise on how you can make this right as I have never seen such terrible service. I understand the holidays make shipping tough but all I was asking for clear communication and it seems you withheld everything for your benefit for whatever reason. You basically charged me for a product, charged express shipping, didn't deliver it in time, changed me order incorrectly then now you want me to use my gas to drive somewhere to pickup a parcel and the shipping company says I need to pay over 25 dollars in taxes when I pick it up!

As I mentioned before I was out of the country by the time this late shipment came in and now that I am back in the country I called DHL to arrange pickup and I was told based on your request this had been shipped back to you and received by your company on Jan 13,2019. I even got items that has no reviews, no stars, no pictures, and just new arrival. Got the item, and im so satisfied from the quality of the coats. I was weary at first to order because I have ordered from Wish.com before and they are terrible. But I must say the whole experience was the complete opposite. Ordering was a breeze and my order was received so quickly. One thing I was thrilled about is that your order is delivered right to your door and not a single extra payment is made. I ordered bikinis and all of them are made of such great high quality material and they look exactly like in the pictures. They come in sealed packaging and with hygiene protectors on as well. I am very happy with my order and will be ordering more in the future, a lot of my friends have seen my bikinis and have now ordered for themselves as well.
