Love rosegal

I've ordered 4 items from them so far and love them all. The first time I ordered it was pants. I ordered a size up just to be safe and they're great. There shipping does take about 1.5-2 months because it comes from China. Anyone who's not used to shopping at eBay may get impatient. However. I know how long shipping from China takes so I prepare for that when I order from rosegal. Don't want the wait? Upgrade the shipping.

I will continue to order from rosegal. Prices beat eBay. And the prints & items are super cute!

I agree this is a scam - your money is taken and no merchandise - do not order. I am still waiting for my money to be returned - over 2 months now! And there the customer service is nonexistent.

I see that the item I ordered and paid for on May 7th is finally out to be shipping. The communication from this company is poor at best. They had the address for shipping when I ordered... yet sent a trouble ticket out to me requesting the address several times. It wasn't until I suggested I would report to BBB that my order finally came out of "processing" status. I will not order from this company again, nor will I recommend to anyone.

TERRIBLE CLOTHES

I ordered clothes to size, but they are tooooo small. Even my 14 year old daughter cannot fit into them and she wears a small for other brands. Some were torn and from a very old poor fabric. The packing was so poor, there is not appeal when the Shipment FINALLY arrives in piece mail. Do not buy from this site. You will not be happy with any purchase.

BEWARE BUYERS - This place is a SCAM and theyrip you OFF! I ordered a XXL shirt and WHEN it finally showed up it was soooooo small, I couldn't even put my arms in the sleeves. It looked like it would fit a 12 year old not an adult.

Then I opened up a dispute with PayPal and they said I needed to send the shirt back for a refund. It would have cost me more to send the shirt back in postage then when I paid for it.

I really wish I would have read these reviews before I bought my item and wasted my money. THANKS FACEBOOK for advertising these RIP OFF ARTIST!

They don't even deserve a 1, it should be a ZERO!

This is an update from my original review about Rosegal. I received a response from Rosegal and followed their instructions for a refund. I received an email today stating these are my options. 1. Return the item to China for a refund on your Wallet (Store credit). We will refund you the product value once the item had reached China. 2. Keep the item and accept 50% of the product value back on you wallet (Store credit). If you accept to keep the item, we can refund 17 USD back on your wallet and exceptionally reward you with extra points (e.g.If your refund is 1 USD=5 points. In other words... you will never see a dime of your money back for disgusting, cheap items. You will only get credit in your Wallet to purchase more disgusting, cheap items. If the items were crappy in the first place why would I want to order more?

I ordered from Rose Gal 3 months ago. Never received my package... I emailed them over and over again and I finally received an email back thinking maybe they have a solution... Rather than a solution it was simply said that I will "get my package as soon as possible" MIND YOU, I KID YOU NOT IT HAS EEN THREE MONTHS. I have called several times, every single time goes straight to voicemail, never actually having someone to speak too. If I do not receive my refund back, I will simply take this onto further standards for I do not accept those taking my money and not receiving what I have purchased. DO Not, I repeat DO NOT order from this website, for you will be extremely disappointed with the effect. I have never had such a horrible experience with an online website.

HI All, I wanted to post an update on my complaint, concerns, with Rosegal.com. My complaint was reviewed by them and they sent me a refund. Although, not the total amount, minus about $4, but it was still appreciated. Never Again

I placed an order on march 20,2016 and now on may 16,2016 still have not received my order. The customer service is really no help. There are lots of things that the site doesn't tell you:

Tracking number may not even work. Mine worked only until my package left china. There has been no update since April 8th.

Shipping days, unlike most companies, do not start when you place the order but rather whenever they decide to ship your item (for me this was 15 days AFTER I placed my order. Also they say 7-25 business days but what they mean is 7-60 days. So If my package doesn't show up I have to wait until June 24,2016 before they will even consider it lost and offer any kind of refund. I have now had to contact them twice to even get this information. And to be clear. I have not asked for compensation nor is that what I am looking for. All I asked was an update on where my package is because my tacking number doesn't work and its been 40 business days since I placed my order. I simply would like potential shopper to be aware of the inaccuracies of the information rosegal provides at time of purchase.

I'm at the point now where if I even ever get my package I just want to return it because this has been such a bad experience, but I feel as though I'd probably be waiting until Christmas for that so there is no point.

Needless to say I will never order anything from Rosegal again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Highly disappointed by the service and quality. The clothes were very poor quality and see through. When trying to return the items I could not find any way of doing so. I have tries to contact rose gal many times but have heard nothing. Please do not buy from this website, they are just awful.
