I have received my refund and they were very nice and helpful, it's a shame as apparently my things were shipped back once i received it in Dubai. Their after sales service turned out to be good!

I have ordered since march or before until today 12th of May i didnt reieve my order and they are not helpful at all they just tell me check with your customs! And even the website is down and when i try to put a ticket it won't be able to apply.

Never buy from this website i read alot of bad feedback on facbook and they are even writing articles about this website!

I actually found Rosegal in my app store. I loved their clothes and was so so so excited to order. Everytime I order online I try to spend around $50 so if I don't like the items purchased its not a lot of money down the drain. I spent around $40 and ended up breaking my phone so after that I thought I had just lost all of my order info and so when rosegal emailed me around 6 months after I complained about never getting my order, I didn't respond. Here we are over a year later and I finally found my order number (after "discovering" the website) and when I went to Rosegal.com to fill out a ticket the it kept saying there was an error. So here I am hoping that maybe over a year later I can FINALLY receive my order!

Very big difference between article that Rosegal offers and what I have received. It is not the same product! Products are in very poor quality, furthermore dirty. After sending back product they are not returning back money. This company is fooling people.

This clothing is dreadful. The colors are not as shown in the ads. The materials are thin, cheap, inconsistent in dye colors. The sizes are intended for tiny, tiny Asian women, not European or American women's bodies. I'll wind up giving the two blouses I bought to charity due to the difficulty returning the merchandise. The prices shown for the merchandise offered seemed too good to be true. They were.

Terrible quality material. Ordered XL & it was more like a small. All items I ordered in XL and none of them fit. TOO SMALL. I'd like a refund on everything & don't want to send it back to China. If I had known the clothes were coming from China I wouldn't have ordered them.

Garbage. Stay away from these scammers.

Ordered $70.00 worth of items. Some wrong items included in the order, others wrong colors, EVERYTHING did not fit. The material was see through and crap quality.

I ordered smalls in everything, some were way too big, others were way too small. I contacted customer support and after some back and forth they agreed to refund me my money plus my return shipping. I followed their instructions and another $22.75 later I mailed them back their items. 3 months later, still no refund, plus they have their items.

SCAMMERS.

Do not buy from this company. You wont get your correct items or your money back once they send you the wrong items or sizes.

UPDATE: These people still haven't given me my money back. Surprise Surprise! They're also playing games with PayPal. They know the ins and outs and how to get their preferred outcome of a case escalation even through them. Unfortunately for them, I'm not giving up. I will not be scammed out of my hard earned money for items I did not keep or use. I received no "service" from them, why should I be out all of this money. DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS, or believe their fake 5 star reviews. What a joke.

As I've recently quit smoking and needed 1) something to keep me busy and 2) inexpensive rewards, I've found rosegal.com a great site. My first order was 1 toe ring and an ankle bracelet. Arrived within 2 weeks (stamped. 925) which was far sooner than I expected. Next time I ordered 5 toe rings and another ankle bracelet. Same scenario, received within 2 weeks. Great little gifts for me and great prices! I don't know that I would order any clothing until I saw in person the quality, etc., but my experience with them so far has been great!

I have received a refund after my GRIPE about their product not being what I ordered. Needless to say, I have checked my account and my money was there. I am very pleased to say that they have done right by me, and hope they are doing the same with others who have experienced the same issues as I. In saying that i would never use them again no matter if i have my money back, its my money to get back! SHOP ELSEWHERE! PRODUCT IS NOT TRUE TO THE PICTURES!

Ridiculous

I ordered a shirt paid with Paypal, thank goodness. It took forever to arrive, no response to my emails requesting shipping. After weeks, the shirt arrived. I had ordered an XL, it fits my 9 year old who wears a little girls medium. Requested a full refund, denied, took a partial refund. I cannot get them to stop sending me promotional emails even though I have unsubscribed multiple times.

Im trying to have a refond for a dress i order and they just wont ship it. It taking too much time and the event i needed the dress for will be passed. I can even file a ticket with them because their system doest not work. It's a loop hole that i can't get out of. I tryied talking ti them on facebook about the fack that i am having trooble opening a ticket with them and they basicly told me that I have to file a ticket...

I was disappointed that my order came and it was not what I ordered. I waited quite some time for this order to arrive and was excited about the product. The quality of the merchandise looked good but the size 2XL looked like it would fit a doll. After making a complaint I believe that the owners of the company are sincere and trying to do the right thing. They returned my money immediately, no questions asked. This is admirable. I thank them for that. Before I ordered from them again I would be sure that everything was clear on what I wanted and sizes required.

Yeah their stuff is really cheap but be careful what u wish for! Sometimes things are too good to be true. I have gotten some okay things from rosegal that were okay... tshirts, tank tops, etc... but the purses and jackets and more intricately made things were not so great... you get what u pay for

I ordered two sundresses. They looked easy to fit, and were inexpensive. They took weeks to arrive, don't fit -- even the one-size dress (I'm a size 8) -- and are total garbage fabric. SAVE YOURSELVES! NO ROSEGAL!

Everything about our purchase experience was TERRIBLE!
Dress was UGLY and nothing at all like the photograph.
Dress was EXTREMELY POORLY made. And the fabric was a joke...
Size was NOT accurate.
ABSOLUTE JUNK!
