Don't do it!

It took ages to receive the items, They are NOT like the photo's. One size does NOT fit all (and I am a size 10 AUS, so a small-med)
And it is impossible to return. Their site says to submit a ticket. But when you try and submit a ticket, it logs you out and says it cannot find the page. So it is literally impossible to return your shonky items. Thank God I only spent $35, but it's $35 I will apparently never get back because of their dishonest practises

I ordered 3 long sleeves, so we can give our dad a special gift, but you delivered only one. We spend a lot for that. Its from my little brothers savings. Damn... your really disappoint people... you know what... this has to stop... ill file a complain... and ill surely see you in court...

I had purchase an item back in September last year, when I did not receive the item, I sent a inquiry late October, again in November and also mid December, it has now been 8 months and still no package. I have used this site before but will never ever use them again, I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from them.

Nothing but a scam. None of the 6 things I have ordered have arrived. The money is long gone out of my account. There is no making sense of order tracking numbers or shipping information. SCAM. DON'T DO IT... EVER!

It's unfortunate companies can get by with this. Had I known this was a China based company I would have thought twice before ordering. It's true that it took many weeks to receive the top that I ordered. It smells so musty that even though it didn't fit I had to wash it to get the odor out of my house and then it still smells terrible. Even with that, if it had fit and actually looked like the cute picture I wouldn't be writing this review! It wouldn't even fit my granddaughter, it is so small. I've lived in the Far East and know that they aren't ignorant of American sizing, this is an "I can get by with it" attitude. They are probably going to make a lot of money before folks quit ordering. Unfortunately, now I'm hesitant to order from any unknown company! Any positive reviews must be from the company itself.

The quality is crap. The sizes are off. I bought 4 items and only one was the right size. One one item the sweater was the right size in the body but the sleeves were so skinny only a 4 year old would be able to fit. The size was xxl. Save yourself some major disapointment and DO NOT buy from here!

Terrible quality

I ordered AND PAID for 3 dresses only received two! Terrible quality too small not cotton as stated, loose threads, THEY don't sit probably unable to wear!, I tried to send a complaint and request for refund but they ask for an order number which i was never given so therefore unable TO PROCEED they need to contact ME! Not happy...

Terrible!

If only I would have read the reviews before ordering, I would still have my money! Ordered Jan. 10 2016, until now 1 disappointing skirt arrived, only suitable to clean the floor. Waiting for all my other items, Get trackingnumbers and that's it. It was my first and last experience with Rosegal!

Very Disappointed

I ordered three items, 2 were shipped and they did not fit. Rosegal did credit my account for these items. The third item arrived today and though the body fit, it was wayyyy too small in the arms. So, I am hoping that they will credit my account for this item as well. I had to wait a long time for these items and it was very disappointing. I do like that they contacted me and apologized and gave me my money back though, that was really good.

Do not buy at Rosegal

Do not buy at Rosegal, ticket submission does NOT work and the phone number listed for help does not work either. I need to exchange my product for a bigger size since no returns are accepted without a huge hassel. I ordered an XL as well and it fit like a small-medium.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I regret not searching the reviews before wasting my money! I ordered two shirts and received them Today. Unfortunately both shirts are Way too small, and its pathetic because I made sure to order TWO sizes larger than what I normally wear. This choice was made based on their so called "sizing chart". This company's idea of a 3XL is obviously misconstrued and completely Wrong! The shirt I have on today, which i bought in person at a store, is a 1XL (my typical size) and it is Larger than Rosegals so called "3XL". And worst of all I won't even bother trying to return or get my money back seeing as this company is very slow moving and makes it very difficult to return items that you buy online and can't return unless they're in "original packaging" which they no longer are seeing as i had to Try Them On. Quit while you are already behind Rosegal!

I placed an order for the first time (a bit skeptical) and wish I would have read the ratings. I order (3) items and paid for expedited shipping, which I believe was an extra 8 bucks. Two of my items arrived about six weeks later and never received the third, now it has been about two months and paid through PayPal. I also sent an email, in which I never received a response, questioning what their definition of expedited shipping method was. I think these Items came via Rowboat across the Pacific Ocean. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. You do get what you pay for which was seriously crap, that I thought was a good deal. Really? I am not even going to attempt to try and return and am still wondering where my third item is. I am not sure if there is any recourse through PayPal, this place is a SCAM. I guess it is worthy a try for everyone else out there... maybe other customers will not get burned. I am so pissed off at the quality, the "so called" expedited shipping and missing my third item (which is probably not worth a crap either!

No question. Their clothing is crap. Shoddy material and shoddy sewing. Nothing like the pictures they obviously use from reputable sites. Their website is consumer unfriendly. Not worth the little money I paid for them. Unwearable clothing. I threw them away, not worth the shipping to return. Rosegal is a scam as far as I'm concerned.

Unlike legitimate businesses, they will not give you personal help and will never give you a name to contact personally to deal with discrepancies. Not worth the 80% off. The clothes aren't even worth that much.
