It's been 20 days and still haven't received it. The tracker said the package reached my area on April 19th and still haven't seen anything? It took over a month to get the order and of the two pieces I recieved (tops) neither one is even worth using as a dish towel. One shirt is so off on size that I doubt it would fit a childs doll (supposed to be a 3x) and the other is so flimsy I'd be embarrased to even wear it to bed - and again as with the other top - so off in size that my 95 lb niece might - MIGHT - be able to wear it. I will never order another thing from this rip-off company...

Received my two tops after approximately a month and one fits, but is so sheer, that it is completely see-thru. The other which I ordered in Large, is no bigger than a child's size large. This is cheap, cheap material, and I will donate to the homeless shelter. It would cost me more to return it than it's worth.
After I posted this review, I got a message from Rosegal the next day saying they would refund my money, and two days later, I did get a full refund.

Second half of order arrived the day I wrote the original review - one blouse was right size, other one was labeled "XL" but VERY SMALL. After getting in touch with customer service, they did respond quickly and are currently working on refunding cost of mis-sized top. Maybe it is just a matter of finding out how to correspond with them.

My item took about 4 weeks to arrive. I ordered a size larger than I normally take, and when I tried it on I could barely get it over my knees. I read some reviews only after I had placed the order and I reeeeeally regret not doing that beforehand. When I read about return policies, I figured out that it would cost twice as much as the actual item to return, and in general is just a difficult process - not even worth it, so I'm stuck with it. At least I know now to never shop here again.

My wife had said she knew people who had been happy with this site, so I didn't bother looking up reviews before ordering. I'm glad my order was less than $20, as it looks as though this site is entirely correct. According to their 'detailed tracker', the order was at the Beijing airport in a couple of days. Three weeks later, it's apparently still there. I'm not holding my breath on it ever appearing... and will probably wind up throwing it out, based on the reviews here. If it ever shows.

They wasted no time in taking my money and my order took over a month. The sizing is way off. I ordered an XL and it fits like a small. The top hangs nothing like the top in the picture does because it's made out of a stiffer material. It also is not as long as the one in the picture but shorter. Lesson learned as I am stuck with it. They want returns shipped in such a way that the cost isn't worth the return fee... so money in their pockets and merchandise that does me no good in my closet.

DON't order from them. Wrong size and never received half my order. I tried to return but screen would freeze and never got to start a return ticket. I tried calling and voice mail was full and they disconnect. TERRIBLE so unhappy I never have dealt with such a crappy business.

The items look nothing like the pics and the sizing is completely off. I did measure myself and used their size chart but the stuff is way out. Nothing fits and nothing looks as described. It would cost me half the price I paid for the order to post it back and one item is swimwear which I now understand cannot be refunded. I didn't even try it on. I could tell by looking that it wouldn't fit. I really should have looked at these reviews before I ordered. Very disappointing and a total waste of money!

The product is not what it looks like in pics in fact I would dare say they steal pics online to put up but the clothes look NOTHING like the pics. Also its interesting to see Charlize Theron's pic on the page for wigs! What a load of sh**. Stuff is cheap here and expect the quality to match! Sizes are not compatible with North American standards. Plus the clothes are shipped from China expect it to take 2 months! Ridiculous!

Ordered 2 items which were apparently shipped at the same time, only received one item, have yet to receive the other item, and no information from the company as to where it is. I ordered a larger size than usual and it still is too small. I guess it's true if it looks to good to be true than it isn't. This website should be banned.

Do not order from Rosegal. Take my advice. The clothes may look beautiful in the pictures but when you receive them they are crap quality! Where to start?!
First of all, the page says that shipping is free, but as soon as you place your order, you are obliged to pay for a fee.
As you pick your items, it mentions right below how long the shipping takes, but as you place your order, the shipping takes as long as you the fee you pick to pay.
My order was placed on the 4th of April to be delivered 7 business days later, but it didn't get delivered 7 business days later. On the tracking page it said my shipment was delayed due to terrorist attacks in Europe (?)
One of the items I had ordered wasn't even shipped a week later, but I only found out it was out of stock and I had to pick something else, after I contacted their customer service.
After many 18 days following up and complaining, I finally got my order delivered.
I was really excited about the items I had ordered to take them on my holiday next week until I opened the package and saw the joke they have sent to me - because I can't call these things clothes. A child can make better finishes.
Everything is as horrible as I could possibly describe.
- Stitcehs coming off,
- sleeves roughly cut with scissors in different directions
- The fabric is the cheapest one can get
I'm very disappointed!
I really didn't expect my money to be spent on these horrible things.
I really would like to get reimbursed.

The site may show beautiful quality clothes, but what arrives is a different story not to mention the sizing is way off. (A large might fit an 8 year old) i was so excited to take these pieces on vacation with me, but even if they had fit I doubt the stitching and fabric would hold more than 5 minutes.
