Horrible service, poor quality of clothes. I ordered items over TWO months ago and still have not received them. Customer service does not respond. Rather, they say they basically have no clue or control where their items are. All the say is, 'it's been shipped'. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered three tops - waited weeks, then received two of them. Their sizing is awful - the large is really a small and they substituted one of my large tops for a medium which fits like an extra small. Still waiting on the third top, which I am sure will be too small and cheaply made as the others.
I am afraid to return them for fear I will not get my money back. I'm going to try and sell them at our local consignment shop to perhaps make a few bucks back. Very disappointed with Rosegal. Buyer beware!

I ordered a dress from rosegal. They ship out the package on 8 of march and arriwe to somewhere on 16 of March, and then nothing happened I dont get the package. I paid for inssurance but at first they do nt want to give a refund, they want that I wait for months, than I wrote a negative review here and ti sitejubber, and they give full refund. The package is lost for sure.

I don't know where any of the positive reviews of this website come from: First, the sizing was difficult and cumbersome, and I ended up with an incorrect size. When I attempted to see about returns, the website would not let me submit a help ticket - it just didn't work at all. Then on the second half of my order, the item arrived very late and was poor, cheap quality, not at all what the picture of the item looked like on the site. This was after trying to use the tracking number I paid for - the China Post tracking website is also very cumbersome. The apparent convenience and good price of these things are not worth your time and money! Stay away!

Rosegal has beautiful clothes and accessories for amazing prices!
The sizing is a bit tricky, but if you pay attention to the sizing charts, you should have no problems.
For example, I am usually a medium size for most things, however on Rosegal, I order mostly large and extra large. The sizing charts are pretty accurate.
Plus because most things are made by hand, they are not always exactly as pictured, but from my experience, they are pretty darn close if not exact.
Also, if you do ever encounter any problems, the customer service is very friendly and efficient.
I highly recommend this website to my friends.

After waiting six weeks for my item to arrive I was so disappointed. I ordered it a size larger than I normally wear because I did not know how it would fit and figured I could take it in if needed but it was so much smaller than I ever expected it was a pull over and I could not get both arms in at the same time and sure couldn't get it over my head. It had to be at least 4 sizes smaller than the size said. Yes it was inexpensive but doesn't matter how cheap it is if you can't wear it. Not worth the trouble I know it would take to return it. Just taking my loss as a lesson learned.

I ordered my items early last month and am still waiting.
I was not expecting this delivery time at all but I can see from the comments its common to take two months.
I do understand that you cannot control the post times but I do wish I was given a more realistic date!
Especially as the order wasn't eve processed till a week after placing it!
I am still optimistic I will get my items though just wish the app had more ways to handle the situation.
I also have to say, I have read a ridiculous amount of these and it does seem that Rosegal is fantastic in replying but not in the most "personilized" manor. For example, there is customer who has had the situation resolved yet rosegal responded to it asking for details and how they are waiting on her to get back to them so they can hande the problem, she had already been refunded!
There are alot of angry customers here, it must be so taxing, but c'mon Rosegal!
I love that Rosegal.com has such an extensive range of women's clothing and accessories. The prices are really cheap, and as such you need to expect a corresponding level of quality - items received are often not so perfect as the glossy photos indicate. But for picking up some cute little pieces to brighten up the wardrobe, it's great.
In the UK, I enjoyed using a similar website for buying women's clothing and accessories, so I was very happy to find Rosegal which ships to many countries (specifically, to NZ for me). The delivery generally takes several weeks or more, but again based on price this is fair (free delivery, coming from overseas).

I saw a blouse I fell in love with and the price was great. The blouse I received was extremely poor quality. The fabric was extremely cheap and the stitching was shoddy and uneven. Plus, I ordered a 3X, im never larger than a 2X, but I wanted to allow for sizing differentiation and shrinkage, as it was mail order and returning can be a pain. Needless to say, the 3X o lay got over my head. I couldn't get my arms in it. It wasn't even close to the length the photos showed and the right side is longer than the left. Never again! Buyer beware!
