I recently received a white teesshirt and white jumper... they BOTH looked NOTHING like the picture. I am totally disgusted with the finish, both garments were not finished well, very creased. To say I would not wipe the floor with them would be an understatement. I am planning to return my items in the hope that I get a full refund. Although I do recall I ordered something else last year and when they came nothing was satisfactory prompting me to return them and I had to pay a substantial amount to return to do so. Had I remembered the debacle I went through with that order I would never have used this company again...
I have recently finished and received my second order and it was from china... not happy the quality was disgusting...! It looked like it had been sewn by a 2 year old. My first order was from Germany and it was really great so nice... i am now waiting on my next order... i really hope it is good quality otherwise i wont be ordering again! Why does this happen when rosegal says they share deep passion for stunning fashion,,,,, dont think so no more ordering you have lost me as a customer i have just received a top and cant get it over my head so rosegal no more and you are false advertising on the scarves there is hardly any fabric on those yet in the picture it looks like their is a mountain of it... so pick up your act!

Ordered 2 pairs of cool sneaks 4 weeks prior for a concert and still have not rec'd after 3 weeks! Forever shipping! And the sweats i rec'd would fit a child and i ordered Mens L for my hubby. I should have checked reviews first like i usually do. Shame that it's also shipped from China and i should have checked that first too. I don't support whse locals out of our country.

Will never order from Rosegal again! Order was placed in August 2015 for two items and only ever received one after multiple requests to have it reshipped and they will not refund my money - very pissed!
They did however refund the item I never received. (to Paypal account will see if it shows up there). They respond well... but I will never order from them again.

This place is a sham. It took almost a month for my order to arrive. It is at least 2 sizes too small and of flimsy fabric. You aren't allowed to return because it would have to go thru customs again. If you photograph measurements being wrong by laying it on the floor with a yardstick they will credit you on their merchandise only-no refund! This place is in China. If you prowl around their clunky website you see incorrect English, which should have clued me in. You can't call or track your order. Throw your money to the wind! Bad place--note all the bad reviews. Wish I had.

My products are crap... I order 2 dresses that look NOTHING like what I've received. The fabric looks like a costume for Halloween or worst. I bought a couple of dresses for presents and when I finally did get them I was extremely disappointed. I ordered 12 and 14 sizes and received clothing marked mediium that would fit a small 8. One of the dresses waist seam did not line up with the other side and the luxurient lace dress was a piece of crap. I lodged online for a resolution, and again and again. Then through PayPal who tried to help but still no resolution. Finally got a email back and they offered no help, and no solution. I put the dresses in the recycle bag.

My 2 items are absolute junk. Nothing like the photos on the site. I would never wear clothing like this. I have filled out a form to return them, but have had no reply - therefore cannot return.
If I can never return them they are going in the garbage bin.
After posting this review, I rec'd an email apology and a full refund without having to return the goods.
I appreciate their doning this very much and see that thay are trying to improve.

*** Rosegal contacted me after posting this review and refunded me the full amount that I payed for this swimsuit. I am very thankful for that.
I never write reviews... but honestly this was one of the worst purchases i've ever made. I bought a swimsuit on discount and the item was used (sent from a return facility) a child sized swimsuit (I kid you not) it would fit my 5 year old niece. It was suppose to be a women's large. Also the worst material made. When I made a dispute through paypal. This was their reply.
"May i suggest you give the item to someone who may fit, please note that customer is in charge of the shipping fee and the custom fee when returning the items to China. But if you can keep the item, we can grand you. Thank you! Trisha"

All of the clothes that I ordered were large and xx large. They are very small and not what I had expected. I have been in contact with rosegal and they were adamant about getting me some satisfaction. I have decided to accept the refund into the wallet and try again. I give them credit for truly wanting me to be satisfied.
I ordered two items. It took 3 months for one of the items to show up and the other never did. The item I did receive was junk and I never received credit for the item I never received. I will never order from them again!
So, after posting this review I received correspondence from Rosengal. They said they are crediting my pay pal account, which sounds great IF I HAD A PAY PAL ACCOUNT - WHICH I DO NOT! So, still never received items and they apparently are keeping my money. I paid by credit card - they should credit my credit card. I tried to respond telling them I do not have pay plan but guess what, can't respond to that ticket now that they closed is because they refunded me? No - they did not. Don't order from this company unless you are making a donation with nothing in return.

I ordered a shirt for my wife well over a month ago, i have been notified twice that it was being shipped with 2 different tracking numbers. And yet neither of them allow me to track my order. I received my "thing" 4 weeks after I placed the order and I am appalled that the company would consider this to be the same product, as what I believed I was purchasing. The quality and style is of such a low quality I would not even consider sending it back for a refund/credit. I have thrown it in the bin!
They should be ashamed of their so-called customer service, I tried to contact them via their website and it kept throwing me out. I will never be purchasing from them again and I will be sending this complaint further on and making sure that as many people as possible know how bad your company is.
