I originally ordered from Rosegal about a month and a half ago. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered- my fault, I should know better. I ordered two bathing suits and two maxi dresses based on my measurements. I received the two suits and one of the maxi dresses- I was so disappointed. The bottoms of the suit were meant for a toddler even though I went by measurements. I just got an email that the dress I ordered that didn't come would not be able to be filled, but I could exchange it or get store credit- NO REFUND! I am beyond annoyed with this company to begin with that it took so long to ship that I couldn't stand the idea of sending back the suits for a bigger size (It'll be Christmas by the time I get it). Guys seriously do not waste your money. It IS too good to be true with their prices but not worth the headache. Go spend your $40 elsewhere. I know next time I WILL!
Update: They refunded my money. They actually asked me to revoke my review. I will not only because of the fact I know if I didn't go to this site, I wouldn't have gotten a refund. Thanks Site Jabber!
I ordered a few items and it took almost 3 months to get everything. The packages all came from China (you'd never know looking at the website), so who knows what kind of terrible conditions those poor people worked in to get you your cheap piece of clothing. When I say cheap, its bad. Worse than Forever 21 quality. I also contacted the company to ask where the rest of my items were (they took 3 weeks to send 2 of the 5 items) and I said I wanted to cancel the rest of my order, and they wouldn't let me do anything but choose other items. The customer service person spoke bad english. Just overall terrible experience and I ended up throwing away 3 of the items because they didn't fit at all or looked anything like the online catalouge.

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering as their sizes are a joke. I ordered every item in XL not realising that you need to check with every item what XL means. Absolutely ridiculous!
And when you want to return items because they don't fit they tell you that you need to measure up and see if the size coincides with what is written on the website. Surely this is not acceptable!
When you complain through this site they all of a sudden are more generous with their compensation/refund. I got the choice of sending things back to China (on my costs) or keep the clothes and get a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund and will donate the non-fitting clothes to charity.

The sizes are a joke. I checked the sizing chart before placing an order for a track suite and bag. I ordered XXL just to be safe and received a child size track suit of poor quality and no bag.

I wish I looked at the reviews before placing an order. This site stated 3-6 days for shipping. It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order. The money was taken from my account right away but no status on the order. It only shows processing? No shipment has been received. This site is horrible and you cannot contact anyone in customer service. Even the online live chat is a joke. It tells you so many people are ahead of you then after you are entertained for some time they close it down. Very disappointing. I even submitted a support ticket and no response.

This will be my last comments related to rosegal. Although I acknowledge the effort of rosegal to reach out to me directly after my initial complaint and to compensate through a refund, I did ask them further what else was done to correct the situation so that consumers do not go through the same experience I had. I present in the photos provided 1) the ad for the dress (this is supposed to be a "dress" and the ad presents this as such) and which is still up on their website today, April 14,2016; 2) their website's size conversion chart that shows their XL would be an L in US size and finally 3) A photo of what I received: the XL dress, next to an actual US "L" plaid blouse. Their efforts as of today to resolve (via a refund only) yet no evidence of corrections done on their website, point to continued misrepresentation... Rosegal?

Can you give no stars? Thankfully it didn't cost much to learn 'buyer beware' again. If it looks to good to be true, then it is. There stuff is complete CRAP. I get that it is knock off from China - but there are decent knock-offs and theirs most definitely are not. At least I didn't spend much... oh and the free shipping? They neglect to tell you about customs... which they could definitely pay... I consider that part of shipping.
And why are all of their 5 star reviews within the last 3 weeks? And many are awkward English...
And the response on here? I came back to look I am so angry at their business practices... and then I went back to the website and logged in to my account - there is no message.

I just got my parcel delivered. It was really disappointing to see the quality of the bag. It is so cheap quality. I waited almost a month for my order to come in. After spending almost $40 on clothes that are non-refundable (I didn't know that at the time), I am extremely displeased with my order. Even after reviewing the sizing charts and measuring myself, the bikinis are ordered were too small, and the dress (coming a week after the first package) was not the correct size, shade of color, and will be donated. The dress (which I was most excited about) looked different from the original picture that intrigued me to get it in the first place.
There was no tracking number involved, and no kind of any customer service. I will not be shopping here again.

My items arrived but how disappointing... wish I had read the reviews and maybe only purchased ONE item. I should have guessed it was too good to be true but the clothes looked so nice in the photos I took a chance. Grrrrr... bad quality material... bad stitching. Bad sizing and generally very cheap - which of course they were, so that serves me right! Would love to return all my items and get a refund but you can't with SALE items. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a swimsuit in early January, and I didnt receive it until April! It wasnt even remotely the same swimsuit. This company is pathetic. I sent in ticket after ticket with replies that told me I would receive it in Feb. Lie. I called their "customer service line" no answer no matter what time of the day. I online live chatted with an idiot who told me that they actually weren't selling that item AFTER I had waited over a month. THEN said just kidding it will be there in Feb. Lie. In conclusion, if you have something coming up in four months that you want to order an outfit for, order now. And then get it four months later and it not even look similar to what you wanted. I feel sad for companies like these!

Ladies listen up! I bought four items from rosegal. Two dresses, and two bathing suite. All of my clothes took minimum 2 months to arrive. When they did arrive i got what i expected, a cheaply made version of the original picture posted on their website. If you order from this site you need to understand that you are paying cheap to receive cheap.
One of the dresses i received was almost unwearable and needed to be altered by my step mother who is thankfully a seamstress, while the other i got ( while it was chiffon/see through) it came and was very nice ( i bought it as a vacation dress to throw on at the beach). I only ended up receiving one of the two bathing suites, and the one that did come was nice although slightly different then the picture.
Over all, unless you are getting bathing suites or looking for cheap summer clothes, i wouldnt buy from this site. It takes very long to ship and some of my order never arrived. Do not bother paying extra for any sort of tracking number since it is just a waste of money.
I did email them requesting a refund which they told me they'd gladly do in 7-25 business days, it still has not come and its been almost 3 weeks.
This is a honest review which i think will be helpful for future buyers.
I ordered clothes valuated at 173 USD. Some of them are very nice especially those that cost more than 10 USD. I washed them according to indications and are still ok. I had some problems with the transport but they refund me the extra cost of the transport. The delivery time was 2 weeks and the refund was quickly. I had a good communication with the support department. I think i will order again but i will pay attention at the cost transport.
I got a reply from the website says that they refunded me the money, which i true, but they dot understand that i have paid this money from almost 5 weeks and waited for the items and every week they keep sending me emails saying that they have some items out of stock and then the week after the items that already was in stock is now also out of stock and so on...
They keep saying the same stupid silly thing items out of stock.
No one will even get any good feedback from this website, so i just wanted to let ppl know that they cant trust them ever.

I order 5 items and I should have known by the cost that they were going to be cheap. The clothing is poorly made, not true to size and I think my 10 year old niece may be able to wear the size large dresses I purchased. Rosegal has horrible clothing. I would like to return them but there are no instructions to do so. I will probably end up donating the clothes to children as they will fit a woman. Do not order clothing from this site. It is a scam and the clothing that arrives at the door looks nothing like the clothing on the models

Rosegal responses to complaints are often written in poor english. The "solution" is hidden from the reader as they refer the complainant to their "ticket" for the resolution and state that they are awaiting a reply. It is fishy to me and we, the readers, cannot see if/how the issue was resolved.
Look at 5 or 10 Rosegal replies and you will see what I mean. I would be very careful about this company.
