I ordered a shirt. Never came. Messaged them told me to pic another shirt. Said the other one was out of stock. So I picked one of same value and was told had to send almost 5$ more for shipping. I already paid shipping for other. They said this one shipping is more! Smh Told them that I wouldn't be sending them a penny more, but was sure one more unhappy customer wouldn't matter. Never was replied to. Was blocked from complaining and letting people know it was scam.

I nipped it at the bud after discovering I ordered from a bad online retailer in China. My 2 items arrived in such poor packaging, a swimsuit so ill-fitting and a dress that was actually a shirt, was so wrinkled and so poorly stitched, as if sewn by a beginner seamstress. No quality control! After 3 or 4 attempts back and forth with their online customer service personnel I nipped it at the bud and disputed the credit card charge 100%. Serves them right, leave them nothing so their business goes down.

For me to go out of my way and search for a site like Sitejabber to report Rosegal is already my spending more time and energy than ever expected to deal with something that should have ended satisfactorily when I received the product in the mail. But no, I got the runaround w/ no resolution, I turned to disputing the charge w/ my credit card co., it was a serious case claim involving a phone interview w/ lots of questions and time-consuming. And thirdly, I reported them to Sitejabber. Now, after all this wasted energy Rosegal wants to resolve my case via Sitejabber in hopes I'll delete this negative review? Sorry, damage done.

I ordered a swimming costume on line - the product showed that it was being shipped but never arrived. I then requested a refund which they said they would give me but again this never happened - it is like dealing with thieves!

UNWEARABLE!

That's right - doesn't get any worse that this!
The swimsuit that I purchased arrived and it looks like a poor copy of the one on the picture.
The bottom is ok but the top is actually unwearable, could fit someone 3 times as big as myself - mind you it is a one piece swim suit. Someone got the proportions really wrong.
Wow I didn't expect top quality but this is BAD on a completely new level. Never again. Wouldn't recommend ANYONE to spend even 1$ at Rosegal.

Very poor quality

I ordered a necklace with a Silver Chain and WHITE beads. I got a very cheap looking necklace with a tarnished gold chain and GREEN baubles Two shirts so thin you can see through the material The white was supposed to be Cotton/Linen. It is a synthetic. Feels just like the Rayon of the Azure shirt I purchased. I will take the losses and never order from this company again. STAY AWAY.

Update: I have been contacted by RoseGal. After sending in a picture of the necklace and a description of my issues, they have offered a full refund without sending the items back. I will wait to see if the refund materializes. I also want to mention, that if you do order clothing items, the sizes run VERY small. I tried the two tops on and even though they were an XL (allegedly) I could not get them on without risk of ripping. I normally wear a M/L. I will donate items to Salvation Army since I can't use them.

Update: My credit card was credited for the full amount of my refund. They did keep their word.

Ordered wig finally arrived - best use would be on the end of a mop stick. This wig was flat and lumpy - nothing like the listing picture. What a waste of time & MONEY!

Could someone tell me how to actually return an item to this company? The tel no does not work, I can't raise a ticket as it won't recognise the code I put in, and then there are 44 people on the live chat... beginning to think this company is a scam and as see through as the clothing they sent me, cheap rubbish, nothing fitted, nothing looked like the pictures and terrible quality. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Just tell me how I can do this when nothing on your website actually works

15/4/2016 - as an update, I have now received the required refund from Rosegal, and once in contact with the team, they did deal with my refund competently, and to my satisfaction.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and paid additional for expedited shipping and still haven't received my order. When I placed the order I sent them a message saying I really wanted it before the wedding. I did hear back from them saying they had to receive payment from PayPal before the item could be shipped. I received confirmation from PayPal on March 24th stating my payment had cleared as well as an email from Rosegal on March 24th thanking me for the received payment. Needless to say, the wedding has passed and I still haven't received my order nor an email with tracking information. I have submitted a ticket once again hoping they will respond and send the dress I ordered. I am not pleased at all as I'm sure the amount I paid for expedited shipping will not be refunded. What was the purpose in paying it?!?!? I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered two tops. One top from the order arrived after a 3 month wait and it was miniature and most definitely not a woman's large. I had ordered 3 sizes up from what I needed because I had seen a couple of reviews saying sizing ran small. Customer service is non-existent. You need to enter a "ticket" on their website, that is if you can get to the place where that can be done and then you wait, and wait, and wait some more before getting any kind of response. The only response I ever got was that I should have ordered two sizes up to allow for the difference between China sizing and U.S. sizing. That was after I already told them in my initial complaint that I had ordered 3 sizes up from mine. They also don't respond in the actual email. You are given a link to the website where you can no longer log in to read their responses. Needless to say, my money is gone and I have thrown away the useless top. Even if the sizing was right, I would never wear the fabric or design that was actually sent and so different than what was pictured on their site. When you see this company's ads, RUN to the nearest webpage that has nothing to do with them and do not, whatever you do, order from them.

This company should be investigated for fraud. Do not buy from them. Materials are so cheap I wonder how they stay together to sew. Their sizes are 2 to 3 sizes smaller than normal. Customer service is horrible. They are scammers. Stay away!
