Purchased 4 wigs in JULY 2017, waiting waiting decided to send an email "can you please tell me whats happening with my order" response "we will send when you have paid" i looked at the order totally different order. I took a photo of my receipt and re- sent. Today is 27th Oct 2017 still no response. Please don't read those 5 star reviews they have must have been penned together by RoseGal. Totally screwed up company don't know what planet they are from definantly NOT from earth. I placed a large order. Paid by PayPal. All items not available. Charged for every item and only notified me about unavailability of products after payment. Could not access support ticket its was not working. I tried to contact the company from website for 4 weeks. After weeks of trying to get the matter fixed, I was very frustrated and wrote a SiteJabber Review. Only then did the the company RoseGal contacted me back- It took a while but I got a full refund and a credit. The Company still sent the products without charge. It was almost 2 months to get the products. Some items "partially shipped." came in 5 weeks. The products were great, once I got them. SiteJabber- really helped to resolve the issue for me.

I honestly saw the reviews. They were terrible. But working for a business that gets reviews and understands some times what people say are not true I decided I would give this company a chance because I like the style and heck the prices are great.
TO GOOD TO BE TRUE...
I ordered 3/18/16. First part of my order went out the next day the second part on the Monday. First week the tracking wouldn't update. Second week I made contact with someone from the company who basically gave me a automatic response of it works no worries. Here we are on the third week and my first part of my order is here... I am so disappointing. I don't even think is made out of COTTON... no clue what this material is but it feels cheap. Everything is thin looks nothing like the pictures. The stuff that does look like the photos look like cheap knock offs. I'm not blaming the company for my mistake, which is LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS.
This place is way to good to be true. Safe your money up and go somewhere else

Rosegal had emailed me last night saying they refunded my order when I did not asked them too.
I wasn't going to ask for a refund seeing its my fault I didn't listen to the reviews. They also asked me if I could delete my review or update it. So I will NOT remove my review. I will update it. Thank you for the refund I did not ask for it was a pleasant surprise. Now I will ask you to Rosegal to update your site.
Please make a note to your buyers that clothes in your pictures is NOT what you will get. Tell people you send out knock offs of the photos. I understand you have to use cheaper materials so prices stay low. But for items to not look like the photos is false advertisement. This is the last time I will update my review and will be wiping my hands of this company.

I ordered a dress, and not only was it 2 sizes too big, but it was also NOTHING like it was pictured. Tried to make a complaint, and it stonewalled me, and didn't ever let me file one. I REFUSE to make another purchase. I should've known better.

Their size guidelines are so off. When you order women's small it is the same size as child's small size.
Don't trust the size chart
Where to begin with this company? When I seen the prices to be cheap, I knew that I was fixing to order from a company overseas. It was my bad decision to compare the WISH app to this company.
The orders did take a few weeks to get here, which is acceptable. What isn't acceptable is that they only sent part of my order. I ordered 4 maxi dresses, 2 Large and 2 Extra Large. The larges came were delivered and looked exactly like the picture. I was very pleased. The XL's wasn't with them. I ordered these on February 5th, 2016. I waited a few more weeks before opening a "ticket," as they refer to it. The first person was very friendly. However it took them a couple days to reply the first time.
The associate claimed that it was the Chinese New Year and everything was back ordered and that they should have it in the mail by March 16th. Somehow the date changed because they messaged me saying that the order had to be pushed back to the 26th of March.
I realize that the dresses were cheap but at this moment, I was more concerned about being scammed. I became more persistent and they soon lost their politeness. They offered me a refund to my "wallet" with some extra points added on. I was not going to waste my time or my money with this anymore. I asked for a refund back on my card and luckily, they granted it.
In summary, I will not order from this site again. Every time a coworker mentions it, I immediately discredit the site with the experience that I had.
Please, do not waste your time.

I paid extra money to have the goods shipped faster to me, extra money so that I can track the shipping and when I realised I cannot even track the shipment, I contacted them.
They replied that they made a mistake and they sent it unregistered, so I cannot track it. They promised to refund me for this. Of course not only they never refunded the tracking money, the goods never arrived. I was scammed.

I ordered 5 dresses online worth of 101 USD and paid for express shipping. There are 2 dresses missing (the 2 most expensive). There is no way of contacting them as phone lines are not working and I can't send an email as they have no email address. I even have the invoice from customs that proves is received only 3 items.

After paying extra for expedited shipping (3-7 days) my order arrived 2 weeks later with merchandise made with some of the cheapest fabric I have ever seen! I wouldn't even dress my dog for Halloween in the crap! Then they didn't ship all of my items and had no answer as to who was going to pay for those to be shipped when they came in. I ordered some clothing and pillowcases from Rosegal.com. This company collects payment when an order is placed, not when an order ships. Ten business days after ordering, I am still waiting for the pillowcases to ship. The website originally said they'd ship in 5 to 7 business days; now it says shipment in 7 to 15 business days. Meanwhile, they have my money. I tried to contact the company using their online form, but that method didn't work until I tried again later in the day.
Ordering probably works just fine for some people, but this is not a company I'd trust or can recommend unless you don't mind paying first and waiting for months for something that may or may not arrive.
Update: The company did get back to me after this review. The items I was inquiring about are back-ordered. I think Rosegal is still figuring out how to do business. Companies should promptly notify customers about back-ordered items and not leave them wondering and disappointed.

I ordered an item 10-15 days ago and while I'm not expecting to have received it already, I expect processing to have been completed as the website says "3-10 business days after payment". Contacting anyone is extremely difficult and unachievable as the site is having issues and doesn't allow me to post a ticket, the live chat doesn't seem to function and I haven't come across any other way to contact the company.

What cheap merchandise! I started cutting the threads off a shirt I ordered and gave up on this dust rag, it's not worth what I paid, maybe if lucky $3.00 at a discount store. Don't take a chance, save your money, wish I thought to check it out before I ordered, shame on me
