I own my own small business and found ROSEGAL and thought just maybe it was my lucky day. WRONG! I read several reviews on this company on pinterest and never did anyone ever mention that the sizes would be wrong, the size charts not only are inaccurate the quality is terrible. The clothing is paper thin and so small it looks like it is for children. And don't let me forget to mention that they didn't even send the sizes I requested? Lol
For this company to be in business is a shame.
I sent several emails askin for a refund even offering to pay to ship items myself. I spend over $250 and am at a complete loss and for them to not care about their customers will not get them far.
I have ordered from this site twice, Hoping the first time was a mistake and the items couldnt be that bad. I was wrong. The items are cheaply made. My 11 year old could do better. These clothes are nothing like the pictures. DONT buy anything from these websites.

Get what you pay for, or in this case an absolute horror! The sizing is not US standard, the materials are substandard. The photos show models wearing items that must be a prototype! No invoice comes with the item, so returns are impossible to make, unless you like sending things back to China! Good luck with that.

Since contacting Rosegal, they responded surprisingly fast. They agreed to refund 1/2 the cost of my order and I didn't need to return the items. Costumer service seems to be their strong point.

I have been ordering from Rosegal for the past 2 years and have yet to receive anything that i am not satisfied with! The prices are unbeatable and as far as their sizing goes, yes the clothing is made small but there is a sizing chart under each item, if people would actually take the time to look at it you would order the clothing in the proper size for you! And yes if you taking advantage of the free shipping it is going to take a month to get to you, maybe less! Again, read through the site and stop just assuming things and then go write a bad review against them because you didn`t take the time to actually read and look through it!
I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and still haven't recieved my order and the service it very poor. Iv tried contact the rosegal but nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I was told to check my local post office and order number don't even exist. They just steal everyone's money

I ordered a bathing suit and it took over a month to get. When it arrived it was so ridiculously small! I have recently lost weight and I was wondering if ordering an XL was a bad idea. Now I am thinking that if I would have ordered an L, at least my 6 yr old could wear it:)

This was my first and last order with this company. They sent me the wrong order. I contacted their customer support and explained what had happened and listed all the items they had sent me. What I thought would be a very simple fix (I send back the incorrect items and they sendZ16 me the correct ones) turned out to be numerous emails back and forth. They made me feel like I was trying to do something dishonest. Finally they said they would review my complaint and get back to me in 3 - 4 days. Guess what. No one ever got back with me. They cancelled my ticket number and I can't get anyone there to respond. So I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I never ordered and I guess the person that received my order is having the same problem. This company will never see another order from me. What a lousy way to treat a customer.

Hi I made two separate orders on your site last week. The first one was a blue nightgown and then I made a second purchase and in the second order there were two dresses and a pair of shorts. I didn't receive the blue nightgown but I received only one of the dresses and the pair of shorts from the second order. How did I receive the second order before the first when the second order was larger AND I"M STILL MISSING A DRESS! I spent almost 40 dollars on you're website and I told so many people about this site and I regret it extremely.
