Being too small is not a reason for a return, because it CLEARLY says on their website what the measurements of the clothes are. You would think that the material has a little give and could stretch out a little. It doesn't. You're screwed. Go to a U.S. store where you can talk to a real person and return it!

VERY DIFFICULT to use their website for returns, the only way I can see is to use a chargeback on the credit card and see what they have to say. VERY misleading photos of the products and the packaging looks like it was done by a child. Don't use this company unless yo want shoddy goods and terrible after sales service.

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered 9 items ( dresses, backless bra and a bikini) express shipping. I got my order and it's only 7 out of the 9... Not to mention they sent me double of the bikini I ordered. Bought 5 items, 3 took over 10 to 15 days to arrive, the other 2 items, after almost 30 days got an email telling the 2 items is out of stock and I can use a credit store, not refund!

Everyone is saying that the sizes on rosegal are incorrect. Off to the side, they have a size chart. Yes, the sizes are not what we are used to, but if u knew what was best for you, you would thoroughly read through all the content. Other people are saying it takes forever to ship, but think it's shipping from China for gods sake. Rosegal is a great website, and people that complain obviously just need to read.

Rosegal. I am wary of ordering footwear (particularly) on line, sticking normally to stores which I can visit should I have a problem.
I saw a pair of boots on-line being sold by Rosegal, I loved them. I looked around for something similar but could not find anything, So I took the plunge and ordered them.
Best thing I have ever done, they were fantastic. Since then I am a regular customer, the products are great, good value for money and the Customer Service has been brilliant.
There was going to be a delay with an item which I had ordered, they let me know and asked if I wanted to wait or get something else. At that time there was nothing I particularly wanted s they refunded my wallet for a later date.
If I have had a query, the reply is always prompt and courteous.

This is a scam. Credit card processed in the UK. Contact phone in Syracuse NY. Saying the goods are shipped from China, with Swiss Post. None of this makes sense and although I keep getting emails that someone will let me know what is happening, they don't.
I ordered 4 skirts I just finally got the first one I ordered got the others last week. The one I really really wanted came today and it is not the skirt I ordered. I can never get ahold of anyone. I will not be buying from them again and I would never let anyone I know order from them. One of the skirts says it is one size fits all and I can not get it over my hips. I weigh 160 this should not be a problem as I am 5ft & inches tall. I just do not understand how they can take so long and then send the wrong damn skirt. Very frustrated and disappointed with this company.

I called the post office and they told me that there is not such a packet number given by them.

I placed an order, where the sizes of a couple of pieces of clothing were off according to what size I think I should wear. Rosegal had no issues working with me to get out either new sizes or another style. Great customer service
I would never recommend anyone to use www.rosegal.com. I ordered 2 MAXI dresses and when they arrived, they were in the smallest packaging I have ever experienced. They were screwed up in a plastic bag, smaller than you would get for children's clothing. The supposedly MAXI dresses came just below my knees, so there was no way it was a MAXI dress, as per the description and the pic on their website! The size was way out too! I ordered a larger size as I wondered if it would come smaller than average! But there's small and there's REALLY small! I'd say it would fit someone who was just a size 8/10 (UK)max! So I was very disappointed. I also noticed there was no paperwork with the order when it arrived! Perhaps there just wasn't enough room to include it in the miniature bag! I have since contacted www.rosegal.com and explained how disappointed I am. I have asked for the address to return the dresses (3-4 times), I had checked their website and there is no information of where to return goods. I have also asked for a full refund! On top of this, I called *******485 and they told me to email them. The response I am getting (so far), is that I should have received my order... it's an automated email, even though I have told them numerous times, I have received the order! They are not emailing me an address to return the (supposedly) MAXI dresses or commenting on any refund! The ticket support No I have now been given is in the ID box, although as soon as soon as I email them, I get a different one! It's absolutely beyond belief and I will advise anyone I know never, ever use www.rosegal.com UPDATE: They have now told me that I do not need to return the dresses, how bizarre is that?! For some reason, they do not want to disclose their address! They have told me the refund will go onto my Rosegal account... why would I want to spend with Rosegal again, after this terrible experience?! I have asked for the refund to be put back on my card and I now have to wait another 24 hours before I get a reply! I hope they will do the decent thing and give me the full refund on my card! So very disappointing and unprofessional. UPDATE: After much determination, I have now had a full refund put back onto my card! Thank you ROSEGAL. They have asked me to remove my review but I still feel I should shout it out and warn people to not use ROSEGAL. You will not get the goods that are illustrated on their website, you will have difficulty contacting someone. You will get numerous ticket numbers and automated (no reply) emails. I still have the goods, which are of no use to me. ROSEGAL asked me to keep them, which is rather strange. My advice is to be very, very cautious.
