I ordered 2 items & got very quick response to my surprise & delight. They were shipped out the very next day & I got them in about 2.5 to 3 wks from China to Nova Scotia Canada & I choose the cheapest (free) & slowest shipping method. I was very surprised how quick they got to me. The purse & dress were exactly as they described & even better quality than I expected especially considering how CHEEP they were. Love the items & the service & I am already ordering more items from this site.
No paperwork comes with the goods. No receipt at all.
You have to go back to your order in your old email. Then fill out some kind of proof to email them. They return the email with something to fill out... but say DO NOT REPLY to the email! Then every time you go to the site to try and to tell them you didn't get your stuff... It will say you have the wrong email or password (not true,,, even reset password). I think they don't speak English and the crap they sell is at your own risk. I regret placing another order,, knowing I am missing 3 items from my first order.
I really wish I could post pictures of the products I received on Rosegal and just how accurate they are. I am 140 lbs, 5.4" tall, 36c bra, with quite a larger bottom; I usually take a size small or medium. I used a tape measure and ordered the exact size from their size charts, which ended up being larges and extra larges, and the sizes were perfect. The website says it could take upto 28 business days, so it took about 5-6 weeks which I was perfectly okay with.
I ordered 2 50's-style skirts (one white and black polkadot, and one red), a fit-and-flare black dress, and fake leather leggings. They all arrived in one package, I don't know why so many people are making a fuss about this. I absolutely loved my two skirts; they're made with great quality fabrics and are even lined so they aren't see-through at all, and they look exactly like the picture. My leggings were one-size fits all, so they are a little snug but definately still true to size and I will wear them often. My black dress was the worst purchase of the 4, but still not bad enough to take away a star. The fabric was thinner than expected and arrived wrinkly. I'm sure an iron and adding a liner will make it perfect. Thanks rosegal!
Do not fall victim to this scam. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I ordered three items, all three sizes larger than I would normally order (because the items on the site are Asian sizes), and everything I received was still too small. The proportions are really petite (exTREMELY short torso and narrow shoulders) and a little bit weird. The photos on the site are VERY misleading, and you can't return the items. I found the disclaimer that you can't return swimwear buried deep within their warranty page (well below all the large type that indicated that all returns are welcomed). This site is just a scam -- the clothes are VERY poorly made, VERY bad quality, and the customer service is non-existant.
UPDATE: I was perhaps too hasty -- RoseGal has actually made this transaction good, and I'm happy with the resolution. Their customer service team is much better than I gave them credit for. The site is not a scam, certainly (that was a bit harsh) -- but please just be aware of the difference in sizing.
I should have looked the up first! Where do I start, bad quality, NO customer service. I tried many time to contact them by e-mail and there seems to be NO WAY! I want to returne my odred and is my second review about them. After the first bad review they keep responding through Site Jabber that they have sent me an e-mail. Ya that's it... they have NOT sent me any e-mail! Just keep saying they will on the Site Jabber email sent to me. My advice is stay clear of them! Big rip off on all levels. K.

Well, I love there clothes, and etc... very satisfied with the service - if only they could get the size right. When ordering large of anything seems when they do not have it they send me small, & hell that just ain't going to fit - so after my 5th order I have stop ordering...

I wish Id have thought to read reviews before purchasing from rosegal.com. The dress I recieved isnt the dress in the picture and is the cheapest, flimsy material they could possibly find. This IS NOT RAYON as stated, it is a low grade polyester like crap material and crap craftmanship. I can use this dress as a nightgown and wear it to bed but no where else. I wont waste anymore money shopping on this site. You get what you pay for indeed. Glad I only ordered one item for $20. It was a $20 lesson READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING CRAP ONLINE. Aparently I shouldn't waste my money paying to ship it back because I will never get my refund according to most of the reviews here. I will be shopping Zulily from now on. They at least sell the items you see in the pictures. I dont see how rosegal.com is still in business ripping people off like this.

This has been a nightmare. I ordered 150.00 worth of clothing. The clothing arrived and looked different than what the picture appears to be. The material is flimsy and awkward. It's the cheapest costume like material I've ever seen. Buyer please beware. My order came a month after purchase. Two items were on back order. I asked them to ship the dress and not the rest of the order they decided to ship the rest of the order, against my wishes. I've been trying to return the order and this had been the most tedious, tiring, exhausting, experience of my life. I'm a plus size girl. This site shouldn't sell plus size items. You get what you pay for. If the item is five dollars they spent one to make it. I'm appalled. I suggest that no one waste their time. I have a 2 plus size clothing blogs one has over five thousand followers, the other has only three hundred. I will be alerting them as well. Save your money, there are so many other places to shop! GO THERE PLEASE! I'll write another review after my return, to explain how that goes!

This is the worst company I ever buy to. My items received appeared to be very different as they are suppose to be. The color is clearly not the same on your picture of what you ship. They don't take any return for their swimsuit if they don't fit or are not the way customer expect it. Our only way to try it is to buy it and if it's not ok we are in a bad position. It took more than a month to just ship it out what was suppose to be stock and it took a month too for receive it and I'm very disappointed. One item was sent only 2 months after my payment. I always order with eBay and aliexpress and I never had in my life any kind of experience like that. This company is the reason why people don't want to order on Internet anymore. We can't trust company like this. Very bad customer service as well. Don't buy any bikini from this company! You will be very disappointed. Bikini seems to have great clear color but in reality it's really dark and not so good as you think.

I had reviewed this company a few weeks ago and yes this is a 2nd time that I ordered from them. The workmanship need to improve which is mean Quality control before sent out the ordered. BUT.
Rosegal Customer Service or the Management are TOP 5 stars for me, right to the points, times and taking care of the customer, for this I gave you 5 STARS if you can just hire a Quality Control, you don't have to keep refund or credit back to customer and you will get more orders!

Products arrived when they said they would, but we're the heapest, crappiest quality I've ever seen. They're just knock offs of the photos on theor site... so just be aware they won't look anything like what you order. And they're also like 2 sizes smaller than what you actually ordered. I don't know why I thought buying such cheap clothing would be a good idea. You get what you pay for... or less actually.

I returned an ill fitting jacket and had to go through Paypal as Rosegal wouldn't reply to my emails. Through Paypal, Rosegal advised me to send the jacket back flat rate shipping, which was good as tracking would have cost more than the item was worth. I have, however, realised Paypal wont refund money unless tracking info is supplied. So now I have no jacket, no refund and £10 down due to return postage costs. I am still emailing Rosegal but they still do not reply.
