“They kept my returned item and my money.”

I returned an ill fitting jacket and had to go through Paypal as Rosegal wouldn't reply to my emails. Through Paypal, Rosegal advised me to send the jacket back flat rate shipping, which was good as tracking would have cost more than the item was worth. I have, however, realised Paypal wont refund money unless tracking info is supplied. So now I have no jacket, no refund and £10 down due to return postage costs. I am still emailing Rosegal but they still do not reply.

Shocking products with even worse customer service.

“Scammers”

I purchased a pair of trainers from this site safe in the knowledge it was a UK site. When the shoes arrived they were a totally different make and they came from China! They arrived with no box, invoice or any identification as to whom sent them. I have been emailing them since December. They have promised new shoes, a refund of 15% which I refused. I have since reported the site to Google.
