I returned an ill fitting jacket and had to go through Paypal as Rosegal wouldn't reply to my emails. Through Paypal, Rosegal advised me to send the jacket back flat rate shipping, which was good as tracking would have cost more than the item was worth. I have, however, realised Paypal wont refund money unless tracking info is supplied. So now I have no jacket, no refund and £10 down due to return postage costs. I am still emailing Rosegal but they still do not reply.
