My experience with Rose Gal has been on going for two years I have made about seven orders now. The shipping period is a bit long but it is worth it in the end. Their customer srvice is great aswell, if you put a bad review on a product they will message you with in 24 hours to work out a solition. I had one of my orders go missing and they've resent it out. Their prices are fair for the product you are recieving and the points program makes shopping online pleasureable. I have and will shop there again, aswell as have been recommending it to my friends
Ordered a couple of times and about to order again. So many items to choose from and with very clear sizing guide for each item which is great compared to other companys that ship from overseas. Every item i have ordered so far has been a great fit following there guide. Delivery is very quick and you get a picture of your parcel being posted if you choose the tracked option (great options on delivery too). Hello) I ordered a women's corset from Rose gal, first time ordering, and it arrived very fast, considering the Christmas and New Year holidays in between, the sizing was 100% perfect and it is a really good quality corset. I also found it extremely helpful that they offer free shipping all around the world, as I come from a small country in Europe, called Macedonia and a lot of times I can't order what I want from different websites because they say - we don't deliver in your country, so this was awesome
I bought 5 shirts in September 2015 for Christmas gifts. 4 of the shirts arrived two weeks before Christmas, shipped from within the U.S. I received an email that the remaining item was out of stock in the U.S. and would be shipped from China! Well, after numerous complaints I finally received the last shirt a week ago, 6 months after order. 2 of the shirts are cute though not very well made. The other 3 shirts are so poorly made they look like cr*p. The lace isn't sewn onto the sleeves properly, instead of lying flat it curls out. Poor quality product, poor quality service. After purchasing 1 bathing suit and was sent 2 for the price of 2. A cover up and a winter hat. All items were poorly made very cheap quality and the sizing is Asian sizing not North American sizing. So when you order large. You are getting a small.!
Then they tell you they won't take back half the stuff you ordered as they have a swimwear policy!

Cheap products IF you even get your product... We placed an order back in Sept. Haven't received it yet. It's now March. Left a negative review on a different site. They replied with let us help you B. S. Submitted everything again... NO REPLY! They get your money and they don't care. They have huge collections for everything! I love their dresses, tops, and bottoms, swim wears are sexy~ Just have to be careful with the sizes as many are Asian sizes you may need to order 1 size up. I like to read the reviews on their products before buying as I find the reviews are useful. Shipment of my order didn't take long, I like the partial shipment if stocks are not available, they won't drag on until everything is ready before shipping.

The quality of the clothing I received was horrible. Shoddy workmanship, loose threads hanging off all over, and the center seam of one blouse was so crooked it looked like it was sewn by a 3 year old. The material is thin, not like it looks on their website. The clothes are too small, yet also hang like I'm wearing sacks. I would never buy from them again!
