I ordered two dresses in my size as per their size chart... both wrong. The fabric feels like an old halloween costume. Sheer garbarge all around. Waste of $35, but learned a valuable lesson.
I ordered a dress that looked adorable on line, but when it came yesterday, it was garbage. The fabric was completely see-through and as cheap looking as possible, the stitching was sloppy beyond belief and the dress was so small I couldn't get into it. And I wear a size 2! There was no paper work included in the package. I've been trying, with no success, to contact customer service on line. I've decided to toss the rag and chalk it up to a bad lesson. It really doesn't get worse than this. The business is a total scam. Apparently they're located in China, so they feel they can get away with a fraudulent business. Don't be fooled - stay away from Rosegal.

The shipping for my order was very fast! Everything arrived intact and in great condition. All of the jewelry was individually wrapped and placed safely inside of the sweaters, so they didn't get jumbled around during the shipment.
The shirts and sweaters I ordered fit wonderfully and they are all very comfortable. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
After I posted on site Jabber, I received a response from Rosegal and my product arrived today.

I have never heard a supply like ROSEGAL can change customer's order (color)!
As the material for every items are rubbish and manmade work is junk, so I will not do any thing about it. Returning and changing same rubbish and junkis to waist my shipment, time and energy.

I ordered a hoodie on Rosegal and it took 3 weeks to get here! I just got it today and literally cried at how disappointed I was. The product was exactly like the picture but the sizing is tremendously incorrect! I ordered a medium and the size chart even said the sleeve length was 28 inches and when I got the hoodie today the sleeves didn't even reach half way down my arms. It was like a children's hoodie. It is impossible to email these people so I will be calling them tonight and demanding a refund and to return the hoodie. I am also pretty sure that they will hang up on me.

Awful products, extremely poor quality, the clothes had stains, strings hanging and smelled. You are dealing with China and the language barrier is pathetic. I'm kicking myself right now... I should have listened to the other reviews. To get your money is impossible... they make you spend more of your money to return absolute garbage. Its a complete loss. Good Luck.

I ordered 3 items on Feb 25th. A week later after emailing them to see the status of my order they responded that they did not have one of the items i purchased and asked me to choose something else. I did that and was told the same thing. This happened 3 times when finally i ended up choosing something i dont even want bc they refused to refund me for that item i had originally chosen and paid for!
To make it worse it a month and a half later and have not seen any of the 3 items that i ordered. When I try to make a complaint it tells me my email address is not valid! How is that even possible?
Its cheap stuff if u actually get it and if u dont like me what a waste of time and energy!

Funny how people who get free shipping expect it in 5-5-7 business days haha! I ordered the split top dress pictured above and I LOVE it! Sizing was perfect and the dress is Beautiful. Only thing I didn't like about everything that had me worried was the tracking info they sent did not work. The site it led to was not available. But I still got my package within 2 weeks and am completely satisfied and will continue to shop from here!

I ordered three items in early February. After three weeks of nothing, I submitted a query. The reply was prompt, however it was obviously generic and contained nothing but the usual pointless platitudes attempting to placate me. Four days later, I got notification that shipment had occurred, however it was only one of the three items. The item itself was ok.
Then nothing again, until six and a half weeks after placing my original order they tell me the remaining two items are not available. They tried to offer me store credit, but I find this unacceptable and wanted a refund. Unsure yet as to whether the money will take as long to arrive in my account...

After waiting for three months I got three out of six dresses they were the wronge size. I also ordered a skirt which I have yet to get. I want my clothes in my size, small. I don't think they will make this right because you can't contact them. I tried, it was a majic jack phone.

I received my order and am astounded at what was delivered. I did not expect the best quality in the world, as was obvious by their pricing. One item has actually been worn/damaged and repackaged and is absolutely filthy. Further, I've been online for an hour now trying to request a return and it is virtually impossible to submit the ticket. Once I completed each command (having to setup an account and password) and went back to submit a ticket - it will not process. The screen is just fixed and does absolutely nothing when I click "submit". No matter how inexpensive this order was, there's no worse feeling than being scammed. Do not be lured by the Facebook posts.
