I ordered 2 items last January. Its almost the last week of March and nothing. I received a notice that I have an item in the central post office, and not sure if this is one of the items. Its asking me to pick it up Mon-Fri from 8-5am, otherwise, goodbye parcel! You better make it clear when it comes to deliveries, because I gave MY complete delivery address upon ordering the items. SO PLEASE DELIVER THEM TO MY DELIVERY ADDRESS.

I'm a working single mother and I CANNOT GO TO THE POST OFFICE! Thats' the reason why I order ONLINE!

Please do not trust this website ever!

Worst online shop

The worst place i have ever ordered from. I ordered a jumper at the beginning of january and its now the 23rd of march. You can't even contact them.

Had to write them to see where my skirt was I have not received. Now they tell me it has been shipped 43 days after I ordered it. Oh and because they are so concerned about having good costumer service, they said it would be 10-25 day for delivery from March 22nd. So even if it gets here in 10 days, that if 53 days for delivery and if it take 25 days that will make it 78 DAYS to get a skirt. Never again never again.

Absolute Rubbish

Ordered 13 items, received 10 and was astounded by the absolute crap I was sent. Nothing was as it was portrayed on the site, materials were awful, quality appalling and sizing ridiculous. Summer dresses were made from shower curtain like material and the stitching was atrocious, such poor quality I have never seen. A couple of valuable lessons for me... 1. If it seems to good to be true it most likely is and 2. Read reviews before buying from online stores. I do have to admit however that when I demanded a refund for the 3 outstanding items or would seek action they responded with an apparent refund, will wait to see if it comes through. Won't even try to get satisfaction for the other items as it appears to be more stress than it is worth. Which I guess is what they rely on. Please take heed DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I have placed an order since 20. 2. 2016 and the advert said that it can take a maximum of 25 days, which I found very long, but agreed to at that time. However more than 30 days now and I did not received my order.

Satisfaction at last!

I finally received a refund for the order I returned and was pleased to say that Rosegal gave me a refund back to my credit card. It took quite a bit of messaging back and forth and it wasn't made easy for me, but I think the thing to do is not give up. This company have their own way of dealing with things and I am pleased to say that in the end they did the right thing my me, so thank you very much Rosegal. Irene H.

Absolutely Perfect!

This is my second order from Rosegal, their items are always in alignment with their size charts and the quality is a stand out. I always get very excited to see how quickly my new clothes arrive and this time I even bought hair extensions and they are better than the ones you find in the shops! The colour match was perfect as well.

My husband purchased 3 items from Rosegal.com for my Christmas gifts. The order went through twice. Not sure how that can happen. He recieved two of each item and, of course, he was charged twice! He purchased a sweater and two dresses. The sweater fit ok, the dresses were a joke. They wouldn't even go on over my shoulders and one wasn't even long enough to be called a dress. There's no way it would have even covered my butt! Submitted a service request, but no one responded. Called "customer service" (ha.ha.) and the girl that answered the phone said she couldn't help us and that we had to submit another service request. Why is she answering the phones if she can't help us?! I submitted another service request. No response. Don't get sucked into this SCAM! It's not worth the, so called, "Good deal"!

Omg! I ordered six bathing suits from this website and choose expedite shipping. Needless to say, I still have not received my items and it's been a month. I submitted a ticket twice and they still will not give me a refund. Customer service is the worst! Only thing they say is your items are back order and they will ship soon. That's not what the website say!

Dont waste your money

I ordered a hooded long sleeved cardigan for my girlfriend and in the picture it looked like a really nice knitted cardigan. When it arrived it wasnt knitted at all it was polar fleece and only the cuffs and bands were knitted.it looked nothing like the picture as advertised and was poor quality. Will not be ordering any more items.

I placed order for 2 (Blue & Red) dress and while placing order paid for tracking facility. After 2 months, received Blue dress. Red dress is lost in transit. They gave me options either again place order or refund. I opted for refund and received fund in my account. Great Service and looking forward to more shopping experience :)

Disgusting Dress

I bought what I thought was a red vintage style dress, it arrived crushed and packed into a tiny packet, then when I opened it the dress was the wrong colour made in a cheap and nasty brown nylon material. I am a UK size 8 so I ordered the medium, a 7 year old girl wouldn't even fit into this dress. It looked nothing like the picture. I will never buy anything from this company again, a complete and utter waste of money and a disgrace to other online reputable companies
