Do not order from this site. You can't return anything without a giant hassle. If you don't like how it looks, you have to submit pictures and measurements as evidence. Everything is shorter, tighter, more see through, poor quality and just plain ugly compared to the pictures on the site. I will never order from this site again and will go out of my way to make sure others avoid the same frustration and waste of money.

I can't warn enough against ordering from this site, I wasted over $100 on this - and have spent multiple "tickets" with them trying to reach a resolution. Several they have closed avoiding my request for a refund.

- One item was an XL and wouldn't fit someone who weighed 100lbs - Ordered a size big to accommodate size difference - and it is still incredibly small.
- Another item that was cute, bathing suit - snap broke as soon as I tried it on. Quality is TRASH.
- 2 items have never shipped and its like they are lost in a matrix and these people just pretend they don't exist and won't acknowledge that I ordered them and PAID for them over 2 months ago and want a refund.

I have an open ticket #AT*******395 - with them at this time where I have expressed that I no longer wish to do business with them and would like a refund and they only wish to acknowledge that they refunded a back ordered item and continue to ignore the fact that two other items have been paid for and not shipped.

-- this site is a scam. AVOID.

Great customer service

I ordered 5 items, only recieved 4,2 of which were damaged and unwearable. They are resensing missing dress and refunding me for the two damaged ones. All in all great experience.

Ive bought and lost $80 dollars with Rosegal. Their clothing, customer service and returns are a complete scam. I ordered the largest sizes on 2 items, one came with a hole in the seam and both where sized to fit a small child. Attempting to get a refund is the scam. They will offer 20% of the items cost to their Site wallet, and ask you to repair the problem yourself.

Best thing you can do is report this to your bank to get your money back and report Rosegal and all its sister sites to the FTC, BBB, FBI Internet Fraud.

I ordered $100 worth from this site which was stupid on my part for ordering so much on my first order! They shipped items separately, clothes were not good quality, nothing came with tags, & most of it stunk like moldy basement! The sizing chart is off too! I usually take med, but most of the clothes were super small make. Overall a bad experience!

I have ordered 3x from them. All 3 times the clothes were sized at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised. At sucha cheap price it doesn't even pay to send them back. I suspect this is how they make their money

I am a wholesaler that deals in over 1 million male clothing monthly and I stumbled on this website rosegal.com so I decided to order some sample items - 6 male shirts and a female dress on their site before I start making bulk orders in thousands of quantities. To my greatest surprise, the shirts I was sent were all toooooo small sizes as opposed to the L size I selected. Even the tailor measured and saw the sizes were different to the size chart on the site. I have just submitted a ticket asking for a full refund as it is not possible to return within 30 days and would cost me more to ship the items back from Nigeria. Even 3 of my items are yet to be shipped after 2 weeks and I want a full refund for these items as well.

Now the only way I will ever order from them in bulk as I proposed is to get a full refund to my card and not a voucher from the merchant.

DONT' ORDER FROM HERE

I have commented before and will again everytime I get a "copy and paste" response from Rosegal. I have been dealing with getting my product for a month. Rosegal say they haven't rec'd payment from paypal. Paypal confirms they did. I was told to contact *******@jollycorp and they said yes your item was just shipped. Provided tracking number go to look no such tracking number. They are one of the same company responding to my emails. One says payment rec'd the other say they haven't. I believe paypal and hoping they will get my money back. My warning to all, DON'T BUY FROM ANY OF THESE SITES. Rosegal, Jolly, Twilly I think they are all hooked together and take peoples money.

Y have u taken $84 when I only payed $62 if u take a cent more than I payed or my clothes are faulty in any way I will contact my nephew in Sydney who is a private investigator and u will be uncovered, I have als contacted my bank and they are looking into it also, You should all be ashamed of yourselves, how can you call yourself a business when your conning people into believing you have quality vintage clothing, ive bought better clothes from the op shop, you never send the bought items anywhere near on time if at all. I have written a review of your scam of a business on Facebook for all to see and make the more educated decision of not spending one dime on your site. You are a fraud and everyone will know who gets on Facebook. You will not get away with your fraudulent behavior of taking people's money and not supplying what we are paying for! Horrible Experience

I like so many other people saw their ad on FB and decided to give them a try. The clothes looked nice and of good quality, so I thought, what the heck. BIG MISTAKE. I fortunately paid through PayPal and received confirmation of my order. I was also provided with a "tracking" number but could never track my package once it had been shipped. It said it would take 7-10 days for my order to arrive. More like 15-20 for it to actually arrive.

Once I got my order, it was for two sweaters. They were balled up in plastic and sent that way. When I opened the package, the quality of the product was so darn cheap. Extremely disappointed by the quality and size. They looked like they might fit a child, not an adult! To say it was subpar, would be an understatement. And, if I had known prior to order that it was coming from China, I would have NEVER ordered it.

There was no invoice in the package or any instructions on returning the junk so I googled the company and found out some information. You have to take pictures and all this stuff and then send it to them via their online form and if they want to take it back they will.

Since I did not pay that much for them, I am going to throw them in the trash because that is where they truly belong.

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Update: I was contacted by someone with Rosegal regarding my review. They refunded my purchase in full, but I will never purchase another thing from them again just based on this one experience and the poor quality of their clothing.

Had a good experience

I know this is going to sound like a paid review or that I could possibly work for them BUT let me tell you no I DO NOT work for Rosegal nor did I get asked/paid to review the website. On March 4,2016 I ordered 8 items. These items were shipped separately. I received tracking information on all of the 4 dispatched packages. 2 packages were sent through Epost(SU). There is an app for the iphone called 17track. I was updated on my packages every other day through text messages. The other package was sent from Australia under America Line(IB) which I tracked online under the website http://www.myib.com/tracking/. The 4th is under China Post surface mail which can be tracked under http://packageradar.com/courier/sky56 and the item was just shipped March 15,2016 (2 days from this review). This item is a single piece of clothing and was $4 and I do expect to receive it with time. I have received the other items and very pleased with the look of the clothing, fit, and quality. I was nervous when I purchased $126 worth of clothing and then checked the reviews of Rosegal. But I can tell you that my clothing has come in 2 weeks (March 16,2016) and I have had smooth tracking. I would buy from them again. I would recommend going with tracking to give you peace of mind. I did not mind waiting for my clothing. It was worth what I paid for these items. Happy with my purchases.

False advertisement

Gave Rosegal a try because of their super cute designs. Out of several pieces that I have ordered will be able to wear only one. This is what was wrong with the order:
- when the first party of goods arrived, it was extremely wrinkled and smelled horribly. As if the goods were kept outside or in a place with very high humidity and no air
- all items, although advertised 100% true to size, were off a size or two.
- the quality of tailoring is extremely poor, with crocked seams and threads sticking out of them
- the swimsuit, ordered for my vacation, took about two months to be delivered. And, although living in CA I should have plenty of opportunities to wear it, I still will not be able to do it: first, it is small, and second, it is made out of some kind of an old-fashioned nylon, which is see-through on the back! To complete the oddity of this item, there is a seam in the middle, that is running along the whole back, as if it is there purpously to humbly cover your visible crack

I very much regret that it did not cross my mind to check reviews on the sites other than Rosegal's, where all of them are stellar. As a result, $96 lost--or paid for the learned lesson.

I would like to thank Rosegal for their wonderful Customer Service, I bought two pair of shoes, received the first pair and the sizing was all wrong, I emailed them and told them of my disappointment and asked them to change the size of the second pair that had as yet not been despatched, well to my utter amazement they refunded me in full for both pairs, without returning the pair I received, and as they were unable to change the size of the second pair, they cancelled that order and refunded me, who does that! And all in the space of 24 hours, wow am so blown away THANK SO MUCH!

I would never recommend to anybody. I received two sweaters today (only ordered one) and after checking bank details I was charged for two. So very unhappy about that to start with. After reading reviews bought two sizes too big - still too small. Completely wrong colour and worst quality ever. I should have taken more notice of the reviews. Never again! The only reason there is one star is because they don't have a zero! I should have known better, and I will spread the word on Facebook not to buy from here.

This place sucks! Cheap price Cheap service. I order from here and got told it would be here before my vacation this was a month ago. I emailed them and asked why I haven't received it and they told me it was back ordered and wouldn't ship until after my vacation date. I will no longer need it after. They will not refund me or let me exchange. This was asked waste of 30 dollars that I basically threw out the window. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from here.
