I like so many other people saw their ad on FB and decided to give them a try. The clothes looked nice and of good quality, so I thought, what the heck. BIG MISTAKE. I fortunately paid through PayPal and received confirmation of my order. I was also provided with a "tracking" number but could never track my package once it had been shipped. It said it would take 7-10 days for my order to arrive. More like 15-20 for it to actually arrive.
Once I got my order, it was for two sweaters. They were balled up in plastic and sent that way. When I opened the package, the quality of the product was so darn cheap. Extremely disappointed by the quality and size. They looked like they might fit a child, not an adult! To say it was subpar, would be an understatement. And, if I had known prior to order that it was coming from China, I would have NEVER ordered it.
There was no invoice in the package or any instructions on returning the junk so I googled the company and found out some information. You have to take pictures and all this stuff and then send it to them via their online form and if they want to take it back they will.
Since I did not pay that much for them, I am going to throw them in the trash because that is where they truly belong.
BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Update: I was contacted by someone with Rosegal regarding my review. They refunded my purchase in full, but I will never purchase another thing from them again just based on this one experience and the poor quality of their clothing.
