I recently ordered a dress and hair extensions from Rosegal. I have never been more disappointed of a online purchase in my life. First off when i ordered the dress i followed the size chart for my size. (i ever ordered a size bigger to be on the safe side and thought i could just have it taken in if it was too big) I wanted it for a Bacholorette party for the end of March. I also ordered some hair extensions for my niece. (I know they are cheap but i wanted to get her these to see how well she would take care of them before shelling out the big bucks on real hair ones.) These were for her birthday that was 3 weeks ago. Anyways i paid for expedited shipping and when i receive my order i was really upset. I only got the dress that i couldn't even get on because it was way too small, and the hair extensions were not even sent. After contacting the company they told me i have to put the dress on and take picture before they could resolve my issue. Only problem was i cant get the dam thing on! As for the extensions i was told they were on back order and should be shipped out on March 9th and would send me a email with shipping information. I wouldn't have ordered them if i known this. So here it is March 16th i have a dress i cant return and hair extensions that i paid for and still haven't received. To say the least i will NEVER make another purchase with this crooked company again!

Disappointing
March 16, 2016

I ordered from here 6 months ago and never received the product. I cannot seem to get through by telephone and when I attempt to put in a request for status through the website, I am asked for my login credentials. It's been so long that I've forgotten my password. When I choose the reset password option, I get a message stating an email has been sent with a link to reset. An email that never comes. So, I cannot send my request for status via email. Nor, can I reach anyone by telephone. Rosegal, if you're reading this. It's been 6 months since my order was placed and it has not been received. This is not acceptable business practice.

I wasn't really expecting much from them the first time I ordered, but I thought I'd give them a try. Why not? They're cheap. Some of the purchases do take some time in arriving, it does get a bit scary when you sometimes don't get any info on when it is arriving. Really, think about it, the stuff is cheap and shipped from somewhere in eastern Asia, it is not going to arrive fast. This first time I ordered I lived in Mexico, and yes, it arrived a month or a month an a half later. Who cares?!?! It's cheap! Just realise that if you want something that will arrive speedily you will have to pay more. Other times that I have asked for stuff I've been in the US and in UK. In both places I received my stuff in 2 weeks, which was a great surprise. On time I ordered a ring and it came all rusty. I just sent them a message via their support page and waited. Yes, my first message was basically ignore, but my next one wasn't and I had my money back in less than a week (no having to return the product). I think they sometime have too much work or their system just has hiccups, I don't know. But I'm happy about how they managed it. Just be patient.

Don't order it's junk

I just recieved my order and it is junk one dress has a rip on the side, and no not a slit a rip, the other are so wrinkled hard to say what they look like, which doesn't matter they don't even fit over my head,,, I will not ship back because it will cost me more then the junk I recieved,,, omg stop ripping off people,, there is nothing to resolve period it's junk.and I forgot to mention the smell, this stuff stinks! I had to press a rating it shows 1 but it's not it is in the minus!

SCAMMED!

I had ordered from them prior to placing a 2nd order, so I didn't think anything other than it took sort of Long to get items. So I paid for standard shipping which is 7-10 business days. I ordered on 2/16/16 they took money out of my account on 2/18/16 it now 3/15/16 still no delivery! I have called over and over with no answer. So I finally left a fake msg stating I was having trouble placing an order. And immediately the phone rang. It was a Jamaican women that I could barely understand. She told me my order was never paid for which was a LIE. It was on my bank statement. Then she puts me on with a supervisor who tells me to pay 5 more dollars and I will have it within 24 hrs. While talking to him I can hear wind blowing threw the receiver... so unprofessional and hard to understand I was ready to jump threw the phone... needless to say DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE... IT'S A JOKE. Unless you like to just give your money away don't do it..

This is one of the worst companies I have ever bought from. I figured it would be cheap quality because of the cheap prices, but I didn't realize exactly how cheap the quality was. One item didn't even come in the right color I ordered it. It says white in the e-mail but I received a dark brown. I also was trying to log into my account and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone to do a task as simple as resetting a password. Worst service ever

There is alot to say about Photoshop. Picture vs the Product is grossly distorted. All I can imagine is slave labored children by the hundreds sewing their little fingers off hoping for bread at the end of being the 12 hour shift. Quality is not Rosegals goal. I wouldn't buy a shoelace from this company.

Do not waste your time or money ordering from this website. I had order a dress for my wedding from this site and it came stained. I paid for the shipping insurance. I contacted the company many times and sent them pictures of the stained dress I got from them. In order to get a refund they told me I had to pay personally to ship a stained dress they sent me back to get my full refund or I can keep the stained dress and get $3.11 for my rose gal wallet. I don't think I should have to pay for a dress I already paid to be shipped to me to be shipped back when it came stained. I don't want the $3.11 in my rose gal wallet seeing how I wont be ordering from them again, my wedding now had to be pushed back because they take forever to get back to you. I simply want my money back and an not paying to ship back an item I paid shipping insurance for that came to me stained. This site is a joke, I want my money back planning a wedding is stressful enough and now on top of that I have to fight with the company to get my money back. Please don't waste your time or money ordering from them, there customer service is terrible and as I've said before I had to push back my wedding best of them. Since I'm refusing to pay to ship if back as I feel it wasn't my fault the dress came ruined I will only be getting $3.11(which I requested go to my paypal because I will never order from there again)towards a new dress for my wedding which I also had to pay extra for to push the date back so thank you rose gal for ruining what is suppose to be the most important day in a woman's life.

I'm still waiting

I order my faux fur leather jacket 3 weeks ago... I really like the picture and hope it looks like it I contacted them about my mailing address and the time it should arrive they said it was out 4 Shipman but I'm still waiting I just want to wear the jacket before the season is out if anyone has received the same jacket I ordered please show me pictures of yours you got from rosegal the problem with with shipment it takes too long I know it's coming from China bus I've ordered lots of things from over there and it only took at the most 7 days not weeks..

This is my fourth time ordering from Rosegal and I have experienced no problems. Even when a dress I ordered was out of stock, that I was notified about by customer service, went smoothly. It was resolved in less than 24 hours. Not only did they promptly refund my money, they also gave me quite a few points. The points were a nice surprise. I have ordered a bit from each department and can honestly not find any complaints in sizing, material, quality or with customer service. Their dresses are great and hold up well. Their leggings are not thin. Their handbags are just exceptional. Their costume jewelry holds up well. Last, but not least, they have an excellent dress and top selection. One needs to remember to check the size chart of each item ordered, as they all measure a bit different, to insure proper fit. If you read the description carefully, you will have no complaints about material. One of the greatest perks of Rosegal is their free shipping. Sure, you may find the same item cheaper elsewhere, but you pay shipping on other sites. When you break it all down, Rosegal ends up being the most affordable. I encourage one to always have your package tracked so that you may have an idea of it's progress. I opted not to recently and quite regretted it. For a couple of dollars, it is well worth it for your piece of mind and knowing where your package is. I have 5 different online clothing stores I have purchased from in the recent months and I quickly learned Rosegal was the best of them. I now only shop with Rosegal and one other. If you have been needing clothes, and cost is important to your budget, then I highly recommend Rosegal to you. I can get 2 outfits, excluding shoes, for what one outfit in a retail store cost. With free shipping, tracking service and excellent customer service, you and your money are in good hands with Rosegal. Something that isn't mentioned enough are the points you are rewarded. These points are used toward your future purchases. You receive them in various ways, such as signing up for an account with them, every time you make a purchase you get a point for every dollar spent and if they have to do a refund... you get points for that, too. It's a very good and encouraging plan for future purchases. My entire experiences have been rewarding, in so many different ways. Rosegal is truly one of your best online clothing stores for affordability and fashion.

Fast delivery yes, but have never been more disappointed with an order in my life. Was impossible to get in contact with complaint to anyone at rosegal through email, phone or live chat. I gave up and thought I lost my money and was scammed. I actually wound up complaining to my credit card company and was awarded a complete refund. THEN I heard from rosegal FINALLY. They, of course, NOW want to rectify. However, they have a very specific and bothersome set of instructions for returns. PLUS, I reside in North America and my order cost $100 U.S. and to ship back for an exchange of any kind (which of course why would I want anything else from them of such poor quality), is going to cost me $117 for EACH package. What would YOU do?

Not so great
March 13, 2016

I had ordered a dress and it came in exactly a week like it said it would, and I was satisfied with it. However, I decided to order another dress to wair for my graduation pictures and even paid $7 to get here in 3 days. I did not receive it in time and it's been three weeks and still have not yet received it. The dresses and the prices are great, but I would not recommend using this website, unless you want to wait forever for it to get here.

A prompt Refund

After a bad start Rosegal went a long way to redeem themselves, unfortunately I never did receive my items but they quickly refunded my card which I am grateful for. I can tell they are not scammers or they would not have done this but it is a shame that their delivery service isn't better as the stuff on their site looks good. I would consider placing a small order again to see if it arrived to give them the benefit of the doubt.

When you do not get your order by the estimated time and you email, their answer is "your items back ordered" I tried to give them another chance, since i had ordered a blouse, that took forever to get... I ordered a dress and a swimsuit this time..."they're in back order" NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN... I should have read all the bad reviews! Let's see how long these items will take to arrive or if they even arrive...
