I have ordered twice from this company, I order 2 dresses with each order and both times I was sent the wrong size, my second order I actually order a size bigger just in case and still was wrong. They advertise plus size and that's what I order but the dresses I received would fit someone who wore a size 6 also the quality was terrible and didn't look like the dress I order. Never again... you can't speak to anyone, you can't return, I also PAID expedited my order and didn't receive it for over a month. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I originally posted a negative review of Rosegal, but after my experience with customer service, I have to change it to a positive one! I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the blouse (fabric was very nylon-ish, not cotton blend as advertised). I assumed, after reading all the bad reviews on SiteJabber, that their customer service would be horrible. As it turns out, Rosegal is trying to improve their customer service reputation. They refunded all my money back to my credit card, and since it would cost the price of the item for me to ship it back, they said that I could just keep the item. I am very happy to be getting my money back and will donate the blouse to Goodwill.
The goods purchased from this site are with awful quality, most of them even defective. A lot of purchases are missing, no delivery and at the same time to refund of money! After you write back for the defective goods, they promisse to make refund on virtual wallet and etc, but nothing happens.
EDIT: I just recieved my money back, after nearly 4months of waiting.

I saw their ads on Facebook and thought I would order 2 dresses from them for my Girlfriends Birthday. I placed my order and paid via paypal. Everything seemed fine I got my confirmation number and order number. The next day I got notified that my order had shipped. So today I thought I would see where my package is. The link they provided on the page to check the status was broken and took me to a page with Chinese writing this is when I learned that it was an off shore company. I filled out a trouble ticket and was called by someone who I could barely understand he directed me to a website that was asking for my email and password, I told him that I ordered via Paypal and did not sign up on their site. It turns out he was asking for the password to my email account. I was transferred to 3 other people and was called an additional 2 times. Finally I called my bank and the charges will be reversed. Stay away from this company!

Stay away from this company, I ordered 2 dresses after seeing the beautiful pictures, in the same day, I read the bad reviews, so I sent them an email asking to cancel my order, it was only one hour after I ordered it. They just ignored my request and after 2 days sent me that they can't cancel the order because it was already shipped. I received the dresses yesterday, both of them extremely bad quality and on top of that one of them was dirty, I will not bother myself to keep talking to this company, the best place for this dresses is the garbage...

It has been three months and I'm yet to receive my order. I've sent emails requesting information and just receive repeated automated replies that contain no information- just that the order is on its way and that I need to allow the required 25 days- it was ordered at the beginning of January. I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. I ordered 3 dresses and 1 top. Being plus size I was concerned with sizing but was pleased to see the sizing chart portraying honest measurements, When my order arrived, short 1 dress, I was shocked to find that only the top actually fit, even though I had ordered correctly according to their chart. The first dress was 4.5 inches smaller at the waist than the chart indicated. The second dress was a complete joke. It is clearly labelled as XXL but is no larger than a regular size 8. According to their return policies it will cost me multiple times the cost of the clothes to return them and why should I trust them with more product. Lesson learned, now my grandkids have a good start on their dress-up box.

TERRIBLE and NOT TRUSTWORTHY! I need a total refund for my order which I only received half the order which is one dress and it is so cheaply made the strapless bust doesn't even stay up. Rosegal really does have super cute clothes and prices. I wouldn't know how they fit because I ordered mine in December and it is March, my order is still not here and they seem to make it impossible to be able to contact them(via email and phone). So I've decided a bad review indeed. I haven't been able to track my order or get a refund. I will still try, it was actually a gift for someone who really wanted a shirt she saw. I was very upset with Rosegal as most of my order I feel was not true to size and made as well as I had hoped. But after quite a few emails back and forth I was able to get a portion on my money back. So, in the end they do have good "Customer Service" and I do love my Marilyn Monroe T-shirt.
I was very pesky with customer service (constantly e-mailing them and commenting my bad reviews on their instagram for all to see), and they always got back to me fairly quickly. They were very polite, but it took me two months after the set arrival time to receive my items. Also, around the time of my purchase, there were multiple false charges on my account totaling up to around $300. I am very happy with my items (now that I received them), but changing my bank account information was a hassle. When you order from here- have the mindset that you won't be receiving your items.
